I arrived at my residence and observed that my dog tail was still matted and the hair between her paws were not cut. I had called her shop and didn't get a response. I took a photo and sent it to her to show her that my dog's groom wasn't completed to my satisfaction. I had received a text message the following day and was asked when I could bring my dog back. I immediately text her back and didn't get a response. I contacted her on the next business day and still no response. I felt let down by her because I didn't think that my dog and I deserved that type of treatment because I was trying to be loyal to her because I like to support women business owners. As a first responder, I don't have money to throw away, especially with the rising cost of Homeowners Insurance and property taxes that's constantly on the rise. Ms. Carrie is not a bad person. I believe that she takes on a lot of dogs and it may overwhelm her at times because she's by herself. I strongly suggest if you bring your dog, check your dog first before you pay her. I will admit that this wasn't easy for me to write this review about her because I genuinely liked her. I wished she could have done right by me.
