Highly recommend PetSuites Northshore. Every time Blondie has been there she is handled with care. Sure she goes in nervous and you have to pull her but she is anti social and a homebody. Last year during Christmas travels Blondie stayed and got sick from anxiety and they cared for her and treated her and when we returned she was happy and healthy and she is always happy to see us, but runs back to the staff for love before she leaves. She has been in multiple times for baths and nail trimming and always comes back pretty and primmed. Highly recommended! read more

Extremely Disappointed - Do Better for the Animals! I'm heartbroken and furious about the treatment my dogs received at Pet Suites in Covington. I paid for day play for three days, and they didn't receive it. Malibu was supposed to be given medication in capsule form--he needed two every 12 hours--but only one was missing from the bottle when I picked them up. That's completely unacceptable. Even worse, when I brought them home, their urine was extremely dark and acidic, a clear sign they were not properly hydrated. It's horrifying to think they were left with little to no water in their kennels. I was told that Finn, my German Shepherd, was "vocal." He's a dog--of course he needs engagement and playtime, especially since I paid extra for that very thing. It's beyond frustrating to think he was ignored or punished for simply being a dog. What's most upsetting is the lack of professionalism. Everyone I spoke to seemed young, untrained, and completely overwhelmed. It's obvious the business is being run by people who either aren't qualified or simply don't care. My pets are family, and they deserve to be treated as such--not neglected and mistreated. Please, if you're considering this place--do your homework. Check the cameras, ask questions (and pay attention to how inconsistent the answers are), and trust your gut. My babies can't speak, so I'm speaking up for them. No animal should go through what they went through. Also not to mention they kept stating they were "short staffed" which is why every dog got let out but my two. DO NOT DO IT!! I wish I could not leave a rating or give an option to shut it down. This place is ridiculously expensive and they didn't take care of my dog! He was there for 5 days, when I picked him up his nose was raw and his balls were raw as well. The first and last night the camera didn't work. One afternoon there was urine and feces in the kennel, I complained, received a call in response to my email, next night the camera didn't work! I started bringing my dog Charlie to PetSuites about 6 months ago for all day play and he loves it! The staff is always so sweet and always so welcoming! I love that they know the dogs by name and treat all the dogs like their own!! Definitely recommend! read more

I can honestly say with me Management in place and new features like being able to text has made it great. No longer do I have to hold forever to talk to someone. if you have ca problem sit down with Shane and express your concerns. I do think the regular shampoo is a bit high especially when your pet status there more then 3 days. That is my only issue. confident times to pick up your pets and do not have to wait till Monday if you should return on a Saturday. so many people there to watch your dog to see if anxiety kicks in. All 3 of my dogs love the place. Do not forget to redeem your points! You must tell them when paying the bill. read more

I was just denied entry for my dog because he was 3 days late on one vaccine BUT that is not why I'm upset. I called 10 days over the past week so see if it would be a problem and they don't answer AT ALL. I was in a bind and it was 3 days only. Board and day care facility for dogs and cats. It is large clean and pretty. The dogs seem to be happy as you can see them from the front. The cats are in a back room and condos are available however we did not have a good experience. He had boarded before but did not do well. He did have a condo and a window. This also were very disorganized. read more

This place is a bait and switch. Stay away. It is cooperate with a call center in California. They call all their kennels (cages) suites. It is misleading. It reeked havoc with our recent vacation as we booked what we thought was a suite to go preview and it's a tiny kennel. The staff is sweet but their hands are tied. I love bringing Daisy here when I go on vacation. She is really anxious when we come because she knows Mom is leaving, but the staff is very accomodating and sweet. She doesn't play well with other furbabies so I love that she gets time with a staff member, as well. I really appreciate being able to call and check on her. read more

I adopted a 6 Month old Bull Terrier (Target dog) who is SO energetic I didn't know what to do. The staff are friendly and helpful and found just thee right pups for her to play with. I recommend this place to all my friends, it helped socialize my dominant girl in a safe environment - not only with other dogs but she has also learned to get along with all humans and loves to hear that we are going to "school"! read more

Place looks clean and nice, but don't be fooled by the word "suites"... they are just kennels. very overpriced, especially if you want your dog to have more than 3 potty trips... seriously that's a basic need you shouldn't be charging for that. I've also booked a grooming appointment but needed to cancel last minute (my dog had a sudden onset limp and i did not want to risk him getting more hurt) and i called to reschedule and got put on hold for 20 minutes because the lady "had another customer". read more

We used this facility for boarding our 2 dogs over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was initially told we would be billed at the holiday rate for the day before the holiday, the day of the holiday and the day after. Which would have been Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We were billed at holiday rate for Tuesday, through Sunday. We picked our dogs up at 11 am Sunday since we were told when we set up the stay that if they were picked up before noon we would not be charged for the full day, which we were. Our dogs are sick after coming back home from this visit. They have booth been sick since they day they came home. We will not be using this facility again. The facility itself is nice, but we were lied to and our dogs came back sick. They were not sick before going into the facility. read more

My Dog and I love this place. Based on a friend's recommendation, I brought my small dog to PetSuites North-shore for the first time yesterday. Their space is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and quite posh. I scheduled her for a grooming, and decided when I got there to allow her to stay for play time with the other dogs who were there for day-care. My dog loved being there, and I loved the grooming she received. The price was lower than the service I've been using for the past few years, so it was a win-win. I definitely recommend PetSuites and will be using them again. read more
