Their prices are some of the best around, especially compared to the specialty reef shops. That alone keeps me coming back. The saltwater selection isn't huge if you're a serious hobbyist looking for rare or high end species, but for most people wanting to add some colorful life to their tank, they usually have solid options. I've found healthy fish at fair prices, which is really what matters. Staff has been helpful when I've had questions,and the store is generally clean and easy to shop. One time I walked in this store & our Chocolate Labrador walked to the office door that was left open while a girl Manger was talking to a guy Manager sitting down. The girl was so nasty to us, I said I would never come back here it was for my Dogs Birthday in April. She was like get your Dog out of here. WOW! We were in disbelief, how such an immature Manager can actually be a Manger in a pet store. We said we would never shop here again. But I never saw her again and if she ever treated our Dog like that again we would go to corporate, I was not going to let her ruin our shopping experiences that we always have at this Petco. Every time since then I have never seen a Manager, which has been a very good thing, the Associates, they are Wonderful! We currently have 5 Dogs & spend a lot at this location even though we are closer to their competitor. There is usually only always one associate at the front register, but everyone I deal with up front is Wonderful! They are smiling, they greet you, they ask if you are finding everything ok. But TONIGHT was the most pleasant experience we ever had at this store. DAVID IS AMAZING!!!! He came up to me down the dog food isle. With the allergies that are affecting my Chocolate Lab's paws, nose & now like hot spots, he was helping me find something by Hills not having Chicken in it, that can be good for all 5 of my Dogs being one is allergic to Chicken. He went above and beyond my expectations! His kindness & Professionalism was beyond what I ever experienced there. I ordered it online while I was there, and as soon as he saw the order he brought it up front to me! I hope David gets a Management position and becomes a trainer to the Management that needs retraining there. read more

Hubby and I bought a standard poodle puppy from this area, so we stopped by here to pick up a few things rather than the store near our home. Store was clean and organized and had everything I was looking for. Purchased a collar, leash, food/water bowls, toys, treats, food, puppy pads, and a very large crate. We needed assistance choosing the correct vests and we found someone immediately to help. He was so wonderful and very knowledgeable. Wish I could remember his name now. It all started with a trip to look at the fish with my son. Then we (mostly me) fell in love with a clownfish that had a jigsaw puzzle pattern. I spoke to Sara in the fish department and she was able to help me pick out everything I needed to put a tank together and set up a home for the little guy. She was very sweet and patient with my son and answered all of our questions. She even gave us advice to make sure we started everything properly. We bought all our supplies and decided to come back later for the fish, so the tank could settle in. Sara was there when we came back and helped us pick out a similar size companion for our little puzzle piece and even did some research on her own to make sure we made all the right choices for clean up crews for the tank. Kayla also gave me some great advice with the tank since she has the same setup. I have since gone back and spoke to the manager David who has a wealth of experience when it comes to saltwater aquariums. I know there can be a lot of complaints about the big stores vs small local stores, but with people like Sara it feels like a local store the way she treated us. Petco, you have really done a great job putting this team together and I look forward to future visits when I need anything else for my tank. read more

I have been using PETCO GROOMING in Titusville, FL since 2007, 16 years, and they have been wonderful! Groomer Joe Terkeurst has always been kind, professional and always did a wonderful job with my large dogs! Chief was a Chow mix and most groomers were scared to work on him. But he took right to Joe and when Chief died in 2019, Joe came over to tell him goodbye! We now have adopted Ziggy, a Golden Retriever, he's also a large dog. Joe has groomed him for the last 3 years and Ziggy loves him! We are so sorry to hear that Joe has been relocated to Viera but I highly recommend him to all the dog lovers there and wish him the best. He will be missed here in Titusville! read more

The staff at this petco are great. Always willing to help. Shopping is usually a breeze. They're rarely out of the items I'm looking for for my pup! They price match their online price which is competitive with other major pet-product retailers. I have noticed that the pals rewards is starting to keep up with their online prices which is nice but if you don't have pals rewards do keep in mind they will still price match. I can't really speak to the grooming since I don't use that service. read more

I really like the layout of the store and the wide variety of different things I need for my pet throughout his entire life stage. When my former cat had a broken jaw, I was able to find the specialty products I needed for him. There are a couple things that I can't get there ("Soft Claws" that aren't pink and Hertz Lickables), but I can order those online from Chewy. What I really like about this place is the eco-friendly refillable cat litter containers that I not only save money on, but save on plastic waste. The staff is helpful and overall friendly. I took my pet to Petco today and I just wanted to share my experience. I haven't had a lot of good experience with groomers in Titusville since I've been here for the last year. But I called Petco and set up an appointment with Robyn, and they really hit it off. He is 180 pound St. Bernard and he is almost 10 years old. She just dealt with him very well letting him rest when needed and he looked absolutely amazing when I picked him up. All of his white hair was white ,and she just did a really good job. I would definitely recommend this groomer. Definitely knows what she is doing and she cares. She was really wonderful to deal with. My dog Monkey, didn't even want to leave when I came to pick him up, which, normally he does, so that was just a very good sign that he was well taken care of by Robyn. We already scheduled our next appointment with her and will continue to have her as our Groomer. What a great experience! read more

Don't take your dog to these groomers at all they make my dog overheat and when I walked all the way from Best Western to get his grooming and then they pull a whole 30 minutes that I missed when I was trying to grab the piece of paper that was in front of there business that fell out of my pocket for his rabies information and they were there standing waiting for that get it only took 3 min too and then they pulled the whole 30 minute sh*t I'm now back at the hotel with my Dog almost passing out and panting so I came in at 12:17 with the paper missing went right outside came back in and it took them over 10 minutes to fill out the missing information for the rabies shot and then they try to say oh they're booked and everything when I was still here just to get his grooming making wate over $600+ for hotel for this grooming also because of this when I could've been down in Okeechobee, where I should've been by now, and now want me to waste more money with the hotel also what we're you going to do have him sit there while you do another dog that was already there waiting just crap employees and really f with my dog in ways I'm not happy with just look at the video luckily now he is drinking water but still is panting because of the long walk I will never go back to this petco ever again and I was there daily most of the time read more

I've never really had a fantastic experience at any Petco, unfortunately. As we walked in, the store was nicely organized and well displayed. Looked clean and had quite a few customers in it. We were specifically looking for a brand of cat food that we couldn't find. My husband asked a employee and she wasn't sure, so she said she would find someone who knew, but he never came. We decided to just go with another brand. I used the bathroom, now mind you it was probably about 2pm at this point. I walked in and the bathroom was not clean. Random toilet paper pieces just laying around. No paper towel at all and a live cricket walking around. It's Petco, I expect a cricket to make a run for it and end up in random places in the store, but I spotted this one AFTER I sat down on the toilet, as a anti-bug lover, I was a bit freaked out, but it's a cricket and I knew it wouldn't hurt me even though it was crawling towards me. Probably wanted to chat about cricket life or something. Anyway, I rushed out out of there and wiped my wet hands on my pants after washing them. We checked out and my husband later found out that they didn't even carry the food we buy any longer. No one's fault, but it would have been helpful if someone found us prior to us looking through the store for help. That's pretty much the experience. I have been taking my boys to see their "Girlfriend" Rachel and she is so amazing and caring with my boys and they love their groom day with her. I would recommend Petco in Titusville to anyone and everyone and I would never take my boy to anyone else but Rachel. She makes sure that your fur baby get all of her attention and remains safe. Well, I don't know what Myra had to boast about. I saw Rachael and gave her my 18 month old baby girl to be cut, clipped and the whole nine yards. I gave her a sweet, loving, little girl and I don't know what I got back. She is now traumatized to the point where I have to hand feed her. She hides, cries, and won't play with her brother. I'm hoping as time goes by she'll come out of it. In the meantime I don't think I'll be going there again. Rachael, Shame on you. I was in the store while she was doing my baby. She could have called me over to be with her. This was her first time and I told her that!!!! She did tell me that when she was blow drying her she was so upset that she threw up. REALLY!!! On my third dog obedience class with petco. Elle is an amazing trainer. I would rather find training that isn't all treat based, but you almost can't find that anymore. However, Elle does a fantastic job and is so helpful with any issue we have. My dog loves going to class and has learned a lot. My dog has been the only dog in the last two classes which I'd rather her have other dogs in the class so she'd have to learn to perform the skills with other dogs distracting her, but this isn't Petco's fault..... just not many signed up read more

The grooming techs are pleasant and very educated on the pets needs. Like most pets I am sure, our pups seem partial to Joe and Stephanie, but don't let that sway you b/c all the grooming techs are great from our experience. My one criticism would be to make sure you have your pet vaccination papers available, as it seems some times we go in and our pups are updated in the system but other times no issues. Although I do not know how that might happen, we have learned our lesson and make sure we have the paperwork to be safe. read more

Titusville Florida Store - 3055 Columbia Blvd, Titusville,  Fl 32780 - #117 :  I went to this store Friday 01/08/21 to buy dog ear cleaner and mite treatment.  The lack of service was so bad that when I tried to tell a manager, he kept saying (3 times) "I cant help you if I dont know what you need" So I repented my complaint- "no help, no one knowing where anything thing was, no stock and his lack of hearing me when I stated my needs (3 times)". The only one who tried was the check out teller Colleen. She paged for someone,  who never came (10+ min.) I then asked a lady employee in the fish area if she knew where then dog ear mite treatment was. She walked me to a rack and pointed "here" - On looking at the rack there was no ear anything - it was dental supplies. So after 20 min. In the store I chose to check out. At the regester, Colleen, asked " did I find what I needed" I said " I did not, nor did any one come to help and another employee did not know where it was". She then left the register to show me and we found that the store was out - you had only 1 ear wash (I bought it) and no mite treatment. So I can describe this in more detail if anyone really cares - the store managers don't seem to care and that is from the one on Friday when I was there and a different one I called Saturday - so I came home and ordered it online  - not from Petco. You have only limited (1 choice) of ear wash and ear mite treatment and if they are giving limited supply then get other suppliers - if you care - or close these stores - I wasted my time about 30 minutes for something I can get next day online - get your head out of the sand - or WE will all go to other suppliers. Your lack of inventory, sorry management, at store and maybe higher levels makes my buying decesion easy. read more

I have asked the employees about re-stocking & they always nod & say something like "we're getting a new shipment in this week" However, I check the shelves weekly & the cat food is still out of stock ... We took our 7 month old Weimeraner puppy to Joe today and what a wonderful, caring, and attentive groomer he is. He explained what he was going to do on our first visit and actually did more than what was expected. What great "bedside" manner as well. My dog is a bit anxious and not always cooperative but Joe at the Titusville location always makes sure when I leave I am comfortable leaving Oreo and that Oreo is comfortable, and always comes home looking and smelling like a million bucks! I am a regular customer at petco and i enjoy their products and prices better than the competitors, i was passing through titusville coming back from the beach and i saw that there was a petco in the area, so i decided to stop by because i needed some dog food anyway. I love the customer service that the staff had to offer, had amazing help from one of the lovelier employees, her name is Kaylee, she made me laugh and made my experience at this specific Petco better than the other one i am a regular at. The one thing I am concerned about is that i overheard one of the other employees called patricia mocking her after she was done attending to me, this highly offended me because from my perspective she does her job well and in my opinion probably makes this petco stand out from the other ones. The only issue that i have is that if the relationship between the employees are suffering, what is to stop the customer service from becoming less than acceptable. The things that girl said and the tone that she set it in made me want to say something, i was surprised that Kaylee composed herself so well and it proves that she values her job, give that girl a reward because not only did she make my day, but she probably does that time and time again for everyone that she attends to, bravo. read more
