I wouldn't ever use a company that employs unprofessional drivers that can't handle their road rage while on the job. I will never use this service again. The ladies that answer the phone have been very rude and condescending. They gave me an estimated arrival time with a 3 hour window . After 5 hours I gave them a buzz to ask for a new estimated arrival time and they we so mean . It was like I was doing something wrong . We are a business in Middleburg Heights and were contacted by Rubicon to see if they could help reduce our waste costs. The short of it is that they reduced our costs by 300% and hooked us up with Pete & Pete Container Service. I can't say enough about this wonderful company. We recently had an issue due to the cold weather and items sticking to the bottom of our container. Within minutes of placing the phone call, a driver arrived to re-empty our container. The driver was courteous and professional and explained why we are having issues. I previously worked for a large corporation and was in charge of the waste management for over 20 locations. Just got a container delivered at my residence by a young man named"Woody". My driveway is very narrow with power wires crossing it and trees on both sides.Woody did an excellent job of maneuvering the large truck & container backing down the drive and placing the container in a small open area. Superb job!! If at all possible, I would love for Woody to retrieve the container when my contractor has finished. I was very impressed with his skills and he was very personable. I would just like to let everyone know that if you live in an apartment they might come before 6:30 a.m. Now that we can tolerate our windows being open and not running our air conditioning, it's much more unacceptable to have pete and pete come and remove the trash at 5:40 a.m. There are two reviews on google of people complaining. I mean how would you like it if I came to your home at between 5 and 6:30 a.m. and started mowing the lawn when your entire family is still asleep, a baby included. Pete and Pete really should have more common courtesy for residential areas. If I could upload the photos I've taken of them being here at ridiculous hours then I would. On Friday's they come later but on Tuesday's they're here way too early. Very disrespectful even after pete and pete replied to another review I posted on another site. read more

Driver was rude because we accidentally overloaded the dumpster even though it closed properly- a couple of boards caused somethings to get stuck inside. Then we were overcharged by a longshot for removing some bulk items. We were told $65.00 for a load and then charged $390.00. If I knew that I would have rented a truck and gone to the dump myself. We're a small company and this hurts! Now stuck in a contract for 8 months more and nothing I can do. Steer clear! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was driving down 480 and the truck in front of me started to have debris flying out of his truck. A piece struck and cracked my windshield. I caught up to the driver ( who was going over 70+) to catch his license plate. I called Pete & Pete and spoke to a representative named Pete. He proceeded to tell me that it was impossible because the truck is empty going that direction. It was impossible that the truck was going that fast. And "well why were you going that fast next to it with the debris coming out of it". He also told me I should have gotten the driver's attention and flagged him down. The statement "I just can't write out checks" came up multiple times when money was not even brought up. I just wanted them to know that they were putting drivers at risk. I understand that they are a business and can not help me with my windshield but the serious lack of professionalism is disgusting! Shame on you Pete! read more

i had a 30 yard dumpster for a demo on my house for a couple weeks. they were very careful setting it down since i had a new cement driveway installed last summer. my driver jason picked it up this morning and was very curtious with me. not a scratch on the driveway when he lifted it up. i'd recomend them to anyone looking for any size dumpster. very affordable and prompt! read more
