Do not use this company…read more Inaccurate billing (overcharged labor), damage to showerhead, plaster on light fixture/walls, late twice, cancelled twice, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. 50% deposit was due prior to project start via emailed invoice. On 3 appointments, BBH Remediation was over 45 minutes late for 2 of the appointments, and canceled 2 other times. Estimate contract said it would take 3 days (June 17 - June 19). Due to cancelations, project took 7 total days (June 18 - June 24) leaving us without a household shower and bathroom for more than double what was written in the contract (this time frame was not updated or communicated to us). BBH refused to take accountability for the responsibility of the extended time frame (when no other findings or project discoveries caused any delay). BBH claimed they verbally discussed the project time frame, even though the contract said 3 days. They rarely communicated when being late/what they were currently working on, anything that we would need to know (spackle is messy - don't worry about it for now and we will clean it later) so I ended up cleaning it up. Workers tracked dirt and dust in and out of the house without taking shoes off, covering them, or cleaning it when they left each time, so I cleaned it after each visit. They broke our showerhead and refused to assist in fixing it saying they're not liable, and offered no alternative to try to make it right, and no remorse. 2 workers spent a total of maximum 4 hours each (more like 3.5) between the 3 visits, totaling 8 working hours, max. Original invoice was for 13 hours of labor. They refused to make any correction to the final balance due to account for the actual hours worked. When attempting to discuss the extended time frame via text and our frustration with it, Chris (the assumed owner) didn't respond. On a later phone call with Chris, he told my husband that "your wife sent a nasty text" when I addressed their late arrivals and cancellations. Upon project completion, we asked for an invoice to pay from, and Chris said it must be paid by credit card right then and there. I asked if we can get an invoice to look at first then pay after (like the 50% deposit) and he originally said no, and that if I don't pay today then he would have his lawyer contact me. After I said I would pay, he said yes I can send an invoice but it would be an extra $50. In the end, after asking if the final balance due could be reduced due to extended time frame, true up of working hours, and broken showerhead, Chris reluctantly offered $200 off the total remaining invoice, but that, in our opinion, is still severely overcharging for actual work performed. BBH never took accountability or apologized for anything, and the work itself was sloppy.

We didn't see the end result yet but the way they work and communicate is fabulous. I must tell you we're not the easiest family to work for but they do a really good job for at least half of the price that others quoted, and they deal with our minor change requests. Chris and his crew will have my recommendation whenever I hear someone needs mold remediation. I don't think we could find a better contractor than them.

The truck did damage to the driveway pavement raising the pavement up and went over the grass and pavement causing a a wheel skid mark that is very deep( the whole reaches my knees!) During the rain my car got stuck there and I had to tow my car. When I have called them to get answers they say the manager is away. This has happned fot a whole week. Now they are not answering my calls. This company had no accountability and will never get my buisness. If I don't get a call back I will have to get this to small claims. Go elsewhere. I have repeatedly requested they pull video from the backup camera, but they have refused, and instead they provide videos from cameras mounted on the FRONT of the truck and mounted on the driver's dash. There is absolutely no feed from the video that shows what happened from the rear of the truck. Therefore there is no possible way they can conclude there was no gross negligence. We have eye witness account that there was gross negligence. The quoted repair costs I received from a reputable repair person states it will cost $926.50 to return the damage to prior condition. $50 is not acceptable. Original Review: I rented a dumpster from this company that was delivered on 1/10/2024. During drop off at my home, the truck hit and damaged my property. They hit the stationary bricks that make up the garden bed along my driveway. This garden bed is shared with my neighbor and the result of this accident also loosened bricks on his property line. I opened a complaint with their claims department but they denied the claim. The in house claims person stated that property damage is acceptable because there is "inherent risk." I completely disagree. My home contractor had rented from this company previously for my property. Each time the driver was able to successfully drop off and pick up the dumpster without causing any damage. This time, the driver was not careful and caused damage that will cost MUCH MORE to repair than what it cost to rent the dumpster. They can call it what they want, but it's clear the driver was not careful and caused property damage. They want to call it "inherent risk" so they can say they aren't responsible. Working with their claims person has been a nightmare. They provided a video from the truck to help show proof no wrong doing happened, but the video didn't capture the rear of the truck. It only showed a video of the driver's face and the FRONT of the truck; but this isn't useful because it happened from the rear of the truck. If you are considering using this company, I highly recommend you reconsider. During my conversation with their in house claims person, he made it absolutely clear that a level of property damage caused by the delivery truck is expected and acceptable. Again, because he labels it as "inherent risk". If you're still not convinced and want to rent from this company, be sure to take video of the drop off and pick up in case you need to sue them. They won't take responsibility for property damage caused by their services.

Sure enough he was here soon after roofers were finished, just as he said he would be!! Both companies did an excellent job and I'm very happy. I highly recommend them.
