Rich's was not the first service I called for a jump start 7:00 PM on a Sunday night (started with closest to me first) but the others would only deal with "commercial" accounts and not private service call after hours. Driver arrived when they said and he was excellent and did all he could to help. There was an issue ( I won't go into details) and when I called the next day to resolve Rich's did so without argument or question Issue was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. Thank you Rich's (and to the person I spoke with one the phone who was also very helpful) for working with me on this. Do not hesitate to give them a call when the need arises. read more

The lady working in the office is by the rudest lady ever. I noticed damage to my car her & another gentleman tried to convince me a crease in the paperwork was a check mark for damage. The crease was by glass, there is no damage to the glass and that wasn't my complaint. Noticing that the gentleman walked away and came back with yet another copy of the impoundment and tow record, stating this is from the police department. Like the copy we were just looking at wasn't from the police department!?! Also, the second copy he gave me was altered from the original signed copy at the police station. My brother's ancient car was broken down in the middle of a road blocking traffic and I called for a tow. The lady who answered was no help. I told her the situation and she claimed they had no available tow trucks almost all day. I called the Middleburg Heights Police to come out and help us keep people safe since the car was broken down at a four way stop off Main Street and Eastland Road near the Metropark on a hill. They called in for a tow from Rich's and BAM! A tow truck was in route almost immediately. So the administration lady on the phone basically lied to me. It takes the Police to get a tow truck apparently. When the man came with the flatbed, he was kind and helpful. He got the car up and back to our house with no issue at all. He was talkative and honestly the best tow truck driver I've met. Service from the driver was five star. People on the phone sitting in an office scheduling tows is basically worth nothing. Tip: if you need a tow quick, HAVE THE POLICE CALL FOR THE TOW! read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Stay away from this company! My boyfriend was just in an accident on the turnpike. This company came to tow the other car away. They offered to change my boyfriends tire with no mention of a charge. Afterwards he was told it was $140! My boyfriend called the company to express his unhappiness about the charge prior to the service and the woman who claimed to be the manager was beyond rude! She said it was his fault for not asking and laughed at him when he said he would write a bad review. When he asked for her name she hung up on him! Great way to conduct business. I hope this review reaches the owner of the company so they can correct their employees lack of manners and customer service. read more

Horrible Service!! My husband had to get his car towed there due to an accident they stole so much stuff out of his car and when we spoke to the lady at the desk she acted like she could care less.
