I called on a Saturday afternoon not expecting to get anyone but I spoke to Chance and he gave me a lot of info about pool leaks and what is the best way to go about it. After speaking with him I felt very comfortable having them come out and check it out. There was a 2 week wait or so but they got to me a little sooner. I was leaking about 3 inches a day. I was happy they came out. The tech Cameron was awesome and was able to find the leak in my light fixture. That evening Chance called me and explained in detail a-lot more of their findings . I was under the impression it wasn't a huge job but after he explained it actually was a very big job and understood what needed to be done. It had to get fixed quickly, I would of used them to fixed it but the only reason I didn't Is they were about a month wait and I couldn't wait that long to get it fixed. I had to get someone sooner.

Wade came and gave us the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of all the contractors, included several features we hadn't even thought of and gave us a very competitive price, especially with some additional elements he recommended (retaining walls and drainage. Wade uses a small and trusted crew and we had no issues with any of his crew. We ended us adding several additional features and Wade worked with us on how to integrate them and he gave very transparent quotes on the additional work we requested. He was also very open to feedback on small details we wanted adjusted or altered and did so without extra charges - he was very clear in his goal that we be happy with his work and also it was clear to us he took a significant amount of pride in his work. In the end, we turned the project into a major one and it has turned out magnificent. We plan to use Wade again to do another patio/play area in our backyard and we would highly recommend him.
