I paid to have my daughters wedding videotaped, which took place on October 30, 2021. I asked many…read moretimes for the finished product to which my reply's were met with excuse after excuse. I posted on the Facebook page and my NON recommendation was promptly removed! That was exactly at the 8 month mark exactly. Still got zero reply from Marcus about my product! I emailed him again and the response was that the video would be given to my daughter, who hasn't received it as of yet either. I do not recommend this company. My daughter wanted a wedding video more than anything else so her disappointment is great, as is mine. No product and no refund. This is not how businesses should work!
