After running actual diagnostic tests and not just seeing me as $$$ signs they immediately got me a quote for the broken part and are replacing it ASAP! I can't express enough gratitude for these men, not only are they saving me thousands of dollars but they are also getting my family cooled off quickly, they are human enough to realize that making a family sleep in a house that is 95+ degrees is not worth the money of selling something not needed!!
