Hired Luca and company to do a small job....he inspected and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to finish.......well, not true, he and company started job, and showed up sporadically of a couple of months to complete. Trouble is they didn't complete the job and moved on to BIGGER AND BETTER JOBS leaving me high and dry.....he order a special size window and it was the wrong size.....told him he should pay for it.....a month later still hasn't paid for it, but always having an excuse, and saying he would pay but doesn't.
