I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I recommend them and I will schedule them again to care of my Jacuzzi!

A trusted referral led me to Thomas Pools, and I was able to meet with Ron (their designer/sales consultant) the same day. Ron arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He struck a great balance between being friendly and efficient. He took detailed measurements and, unexpectedly, also proposed handling the hardscape, drainage, and retaining walls for both my backyard and front yard. His broader vision beyond just the pool really stood out. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the project and how quickly he sketched out the entire design by hand on the spot. Updated: Our longtime pool cleaner alerted us that our pool was losing water at an alarming rate…read more Aquaman's site promises to find the leak or your money back. They charged $900, couldn't find the leak and instead defaced our pool with epoxy patches on the spa. We're still unclear how a patch between the spa and the pool was supposed to keep the pool from losing water. We asked for our money back without success. Instead, they offered to come back and remove this eyesore if we paid them another $300, which is not going to happen.

Blake saved the day! Where do I begin with our story. Our jacuzzi had a slow leak over the last 6…read moremonths so we hired a licensed contractor to come in and address the leak. In the process of addressing the leak we completely remodeled the entire pool/jacuzzi...plaster, coping, waterline tile, new valves, new jets, everything. After paying for it all, the first day we filled it with water, it was still leaking. We were gutted. Our contractor came out and with the plaster company and redid all of the jacuzzi jets, thinking that was the issue, but it was still leaking. We imagined we would have to tear apart all of the work we had just done and I just felt so sick about it. We contacted so many companies that didn't even want to touch our situation. I emailed Aquaman last night and today they sent Blake out. Within a very short time he had identified the leaks and completely allayed all of our concerns! It turned out to be a much less invasive fix than our imagination had thought it would be. I cannot say enough about Blake's expertise in identifying small leaks that can't be seen with the naked eye. They were so responsive, so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so confident. I am beyond thrilled with their services!
