Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. They charged $900, couldn't find the leak and instead defaced our pool with epoxy patches on the spa. We're still unclear how a patch between the spa and the pool was supposed to keep the pool from losing water. We asked for our money back without success. Instead, they offered to come back and remove this eyesore if we paid them another $300, which is not going to happen.

In the process of addressing the leak we completely remodeled the entire pool/jacuzzi...plaster, coping, waterline tile, new valves, new jets, everything. After paying for it all, the first day we filled it with water, it was still leaking. We were gutted. Our contractor came out and with the plaster company and redid all of the jacuzzi jets, thinking that was the issue, but it was still leaking. We imagined we would have to tear apart all of the work we had just done and I just felt so sick about it. We contacted so many companies that didn't even want to touch our situation. I emailed Aquaman last night and today they sent Blake out. Within a very short time he had identified the leaks and completely allayed all of our concerns! It turned out to be a much less invasive fix than our imagination had thought it would be. I cannot say enough about Blake's expertise in identifying small leaks that can't be seen with the naked eye. They were so responsive, so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so confident. Fast forward, in 2020-22 our pool tile on one side kept falling off and they came out to replace it twice. 3 stars for returning to fix the tile. No stars after 2023, for poor customer service, integrity, and reliability. In 2023 it started falling off again and he refused to come back. In addition, our patio started to have small leaks in 2022 which have gotten progressively worse and have caused two of the recessed lights to not work; and along the seams on the patio perimeter there is now rusting. I have attempted to call Sam the owner several times and have left messages, but he has not responded. Our warranty indicates a 12 year warranty on labor and lifetime for materials. This warranty means nothing if we can't get anyone to come out and resolve their poor workmanship. Thankfully I have been able to get the tile work repaired but no one wants to touch the patio and someone else's work. The patio work was subcontracted out but that does not alleviate Exodus from their contractual obligation to stand behind their work. I would not recommend going with this company.
