Typically, there are terms and policies a patient signs to avoid any type of confusion and frustrations. If I would have been informed about this policy they made up along the way, I would have made sure to do it before the year to avoid any charges. She replied that I am naturally uneven and to would have to go up in lip volume, even though my second opinion says otherwise. I was concerned because, even though I did not go to her for my lips, why she didn't say so upon the first visit? a sales tactic? I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty.
