They took great care with my neighbor's property especially their fence which sat feet away from the garage wall. They worked all day, five days a week, and finished the project on time. They made the project feel easy, from beginning to end. Our finished main bath is exactly how I pictured it- BEAUTIFUL! They had a fair quote that was similar to the other quotes we got. Along with the quote came a full explanation of what the project would include and a breakdown of the costs. In the end, the costs turned out exactly what they originally quoted. They were also able to start work sooner than anyone else, and were even able to start a week sooner than we originally thought. They take great care in your home and were not only very clean (cleaned every single day before they left), but they really went the extra mile to protect our floors and stairs from the bathroom to the front door. We were out of town for the first week of demo and came home to a clean house! If it weren't for the tons of padding they placed to protect our wood floors, you wouldn't have even known that we were under construction. They were careful, clean, and paid attention to all of the details. Our project was extensive and included a full demo, new floors, drywall, tub, medicine cabinet, new lights, fan, tile- you name it, we got it. Aaron and Gabe discussed what we wanted in detail, not only at the beginning, but throughout the process. I made a few changes in the middle of the work (not recommended, of course), but they were very patient with us. They recommended products that we didn't know existed, two of which turned out to be my favorite things about my new bath (the shelf behind the tub and the glass door). If Aaron and Gabe don't do it, they can recommend someone who can. Initially, we had our own plumber and had a major issue with horrendous work. Aaron and Gabe recommended a plumber who turned out to be amazing. Our electrician quoted a very high price, but Aaron and Gabe were able to recommend an electrician for a fair price. The wall finisher (not sure of the exact title) was incredible. He was able to do some patchwork to our first floor (under the bathroom, where the leak was) as well as doing the skim coat on the new drywall. He really does very beautiful work! Lastly, Aaron and Gabe are just very nice guys. They communicate extremely well, are caring and kind, are hard workers, and are extremely trustworthy. We look forward to working with them on our next project!

However, TMP Allpro Services was different. Their communication about the team's arrival, the duration of the work, and the additional tasks they undertook demonstrated their true character. Their work ethic and the quality of their work are truly impressive. So far, they have completed five jobs for our home, ranging from painting our fences to refurbishing our large deck. They had to fix a number of issues including dry-rot, lack of insulation, replacing various layers of the exterior around the windows and weather-proofing the house in parts where it was lacking. They came out in a very timely manner to provide a quote. Corvair clearly explains the work he is carrying out and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Their team is hard-working on-site. Upon discovering some further issues, he offered options on how to proceed, some of which involved more work but when he reached those decision points he was very clear and prompt as to what the benefit of the additonal work at the time. I trust the quality and of their work and will keep coming back to Charge Construction. Him and his team do great work and the prices are fair for the quality of service provided. ( i am sure there is more than 1 review and /or opinion of there buisness performance), owes money on properties worked on, (review mechanical lein web site). no proof of family owned, his age adds to this fact. visually witnessed argurmentive action(s) with paying customers, witnessed jobs not completed in a timely fashion. this i know as fact with my own eyes. violates n.y.s inspection law and license law and safty of others on the roads. with my experiance and knowledge of law, i have no issue posting this truth in an attempt to protect others from these issues
