After looking at previous reviews it seems like this location is fairly new. Walking in, it's very clean and the smell was great!! This is my first time ever going to this location and restaurant. I was greeted as we walked in, and she smiled! Loved it! I told the lady I needed to take a few minutes because I have never been here. She was very understanding and gave me all the time I needed. I then figured out what we wanted and she was still very pleasant. We ordered a Californian veggie (add pineapples), a Chicago classic, 10 piece wings, and a cinnamon pizza. We were taking it to go so they gave us a buzzer, so we could be notified when it was ready. While they were making our food I decided to look around the place. The gaming section was pretty nice. It remind me of a cleaner but smaller chuckie cheese. I think the area is a great addition to allow families a place to go that's not all catered to children and that pizzas actually smelled delicious. When our buzzer went off I went to the counter and a man was standing there and stayed my number that was on the buzzer. He then proceeded to go over my order and once I confirmed it was correct he then ask did I need some grated cheese and red peppers. I stated I did and he loaded us down. I then took a peek at my pizzas and everything looked great!! So all in all it was a great experience and I would go back. The pizzas, dessert, and wings were great as well!! read more

This place opening about two months ago, and the crowds finally have started to die down, so I decided to take my wife and kids to check it out. This store is brand new, and it shows. It is so squeaky clean, and the decor and style is very modern. It looks really cool. The dining area is quite large as well. It is obvious this company has done their homework, and caters to the birthday parties and large groups. The play area and game room are neat as well, though not quite as big as I would have thought. Still good though, my kids had a great time, and even I had fun! *Side Note: Remember those coin return buttons on arcade games, the ones that NEVER seem to work?? Well I had one work for the first time!! So Cool! HAHA* When we ordered, we were told that the credit card machine was not working at the time, so we would be forced to withdraw cash from the ATM located inside in order to pay for our meal. I wasnt really happy about it, but I did it without complaint. We were already inside, so turning back was not gonna happen! After pulling out cash and returning to the counter, the Manager then told me he was going to discount my meal for double the price of the ATM fee. Now that is good customer service!! The food itself was really good. We order a Pizza and some Wings. The pizza was awesome, definitely among my top 3 in El Paso. Kind of expensive, but worth the quality. The wings were god, but not quite on par with places like B-Dubs or Wing Stop.. The pizza though... So good! Peter Piper is kind of pricey, so we wont be going all the time. I've been to this Peter piper a few times for lunch since it's right across the street from where I work (Arleen Beard State Farm) and I am in love with the pizza. The pizza is great however the over the phone service is terrible. We just called in a pizza order this very minute and the girl in the other line was extremely short I'm not looking to have a conversation but I do except the person to be polite and friendly. Suggestion: A good tone of voice And a friendly smile goes along way even if you are only getting an order over the phone. I would have loved to get the girls name in the other line but she hung up before I could even say anything else. read more

I normally don't leave bad reviews but I felt this was extremely necessary. We came in for the buffet and were greeted nicely. We have three children got them their drinks and headed towards the buffet line. When I got up to the buffet Lomé there were wet plates stacked on one anther (soaking wet) because the plates were wet other patrons were fanning them dry causing puddles of water to gather in front of the salad bar causing a hazard. The salad bar was empty of lettuce and other salad ingredients. We worked our way up to the pizza buffet where Steven stood around not acknowledging the lengthy line. There was only dessert pizza and a few specialty pizzas. I noticed that a line was forming by the wall of the dessert pizza with parents and their young children waiting for pepperoni pizza. We gathered behind them to wait for it as well and still nothing from Steven. No apology or we are working on getting more pizza out, nothing! Deanna was also standing by Steven and she too did not acknowledge anyone. I was able to get pepperoni pizza (one slice) for each child and headed back to our table. I went back up in hopes that there would be more but still no salad and a line had developed yet again for the pizza (Steven and Deanna) still no acknowledgement. I finally went up a third time and was able to get a plate of pizza to feed all three kids and my husband. After about 20 minutes I went up for a salad and the salad bar was still empty of lettuce so I asked a young lady if there was anymore and she was able to go and grab some but everything else stayed empty. By this time I was very frustrated and went and sat down. My husband went up to get some pizza and Edgar informed him that they were not putting anymore buffet pizza out at 1:55PM but that if he wanted a specialty pizza that could be done. My husband declined and got some salad that he could from the salad bar and see if they had refilled anything else because I wanted sunflower seeds on mine but again still empty. I went up yet again and Edgar offered to refill the salad bar and acknowledged me and Steven and Deanna were by the wall chatting and laughing it up not acknowledging anyone. Edgar is great and showed great service but this is by far the worst experience I've had at Peter Piper! It's the Summer and this establishment should be prepared for these sort of things especially with it behind the only one in Horizon. Maybe you just need to change up your leadership and allow Edgar to lead! That is all. read more

Brand new store! Like the decor. Like always pizza is good. Grew up eating Peter piper. It's a shame most arcade games are now ticket giving games. It's still a fun place to bring the family. Great service too read more
