There cups. I used as Tupperware
Farm S.

I checked into the hotel Thursday evening. The staff were welcoming but I was just tired after a long day. I was greet and assigned a room . The front desk ask me how often I want housekeeping, I told them daily . The hotel had a privacy and housekeeping button at the front door . The next day I left the hotel at 9am and didn't come back till 3pm my room was not made and I didn't have fresh towels. I flagged down housekeeping and told them I wanted towels , 4 of each size and he had them bright directly to my room . The wait was about 5 minutes or less Breakfast is serve daily and the only real is the bacon and fruits . Everything is frozen and hydrated with water. I like the two different waffle batter, they had regular and strawberry. Im on the third floor there is an ice machine and laundry in the same floor . Just one washer and dryer $2 bucks each. First I inserted the quarters and the machine didn't take it and then I shook and hit it and finally it took it, but it ripped me off . It ate my quarters . The wash takes 25 minutes and dryer 45 minutes, I stayed and waited till it was done. The washing machine was very loud , I had on earphones and I can hear the noise. The dryer left lints residue even though I empty the lints trap before I used it You are better going to the laundromat. It not fair from this hotel , it is near dollar tree. I went to the fitness room, it is very tiny, not much and a bit claustrophobic. There are clean town station and a wiping station . One of the treadmills is broken. I saw the pool, it is indoor but the water is all green and murky I stayed at this hotel for a little over a month . I was able to grabbed extra cups and plastic ware to used for meal prep. The staff are nice but my overall could have been better

Hot tub sign on door it was closed

We chose this hotel for location, pool, and the Hilton name. We stayed here 4 nights in town for a wedding, rehearsal, etc. Friday we finally got a chance to go to the pool. We could hear kids laughing and playing earlier in the morning. There was a note on door. Hot tub closed. Well the drinking fountain was covered with a garbage bag and the pool was disgusting. See pictures. I am really shocked nobody got sick from it. I immediately told front desk. The man said nothing. I walked away. The free breakfast was ok for free. Again not up to Hilton standards. Actually the oatmeal was good. The sink in the room was cracked, a piece or chunk missing from coffee station and dirt behind bathroom door. I would never stay here again.

Nice service and nice new looking hotel. Room had a good clean appearance and bathroom was tidy and clean. Bed was nice and comfy as well. Right off Of I10 and next to Rudy's.

Nice place everything looks new but our key never worked. They reprogrammed the keys at least 5 times! Annoying and no discount!

The kitchenette is sufficient to longer stays. Front desk staff weren't always at the front desk and in the back but when I went to the front desk, they noticed me immediately. But one lady wasnt the most friendly. The bad...as i mentioned i went to the front desk a few times. My keycard would stop working randomly. It was extremely frustrating. It happened to me 3 times in my 2 nigjt stay. There were crumbs outside in the hallway in front of my door upon my arrival. I stayed 2 nights, the crumbs were there upon my departure which tells me the staff doesnt vacuum daily or even every other day. The food in the morning was cold and dry. I arrived at midnight via Uber from the airport so I just wanted to go shower and straight to bed. I was hungry the next morning. The waffle maker timer is broken so I had to estimate how long is was cooking my waffles before I noticed it wasnt counting down. Lastly, there was a bug in my room...ill stop short of identifying it as a roach but ive attached a photo.

When we had our room cleaned nothing was vacuumed. The WiFi seems to not even exist at times. And the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a hot minute; bugs, hair and debris. The happy hour that they have from Monday - Wednesday is a nice touch but wish it was the whole week. They serve wine, beer and food. The front desk staff who is sometimes there, are very nice and friendly.

We have family in El Paso to stay with, but absolutely cannot pass up an opportunity to keep coming back to Embassy. This trip was sadder than most as we were dealing with second funeral this year . A huge shout out to the night (manager?) concierge Cynthia Martin, she was the nicest most sincere person, but she truly made the hotel welcoming when we got in at 3 AM. Everybody at Embassy suites is very nice, but Miss Martin truly went out of her wayto express her condolences. We had a great time at the pool and enjoy our breakfast every morning but again Cynthia Martin really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The gentleman working the breakfast area was incredibly kind and frequently checked on guests. The manager (jet-black hair and a big black mustache) was also very friendly and welcoming. There's a Starbucks right in the parking lot. The lobby and exterior were attractive and well-maintained. You can tell someone takes pride in the property's appearance. Unfortunately, the guest rooms told a different story. Our first night was spent in a double queen room where the towels smelled strongly of mildew and the heater took forever to warm the room. For the remainder of our stay, we moved into a king suite with a rollaway bed. Initially I was excited. More space, bigger bed, huge closet, and even a balcony! Then reality set in. The balcony was filthy and the view wasn't exactly something I'd call scenic. The bathroom doorknob was broken, the bathroom door didn't fit properly in the frame, and the ceiling was actually coming down. Every time the door opened or closed it scraped against the ceiling. There was also a leak under the sink, forcing us to use our bath towels to soak up water. The biggest disappointment, however, was the housekeeping staff. Several employees appeared visibly irritated when we declined room service early one morning. One employee became noticeably upset and began loudly speaking in Spanish while looking directly at me. When I asked if there was a problem, the answer was "No." Whether there was a misunderstanding or not, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I reported it to the front desk, but it seemed to be brushed aside. Overall, the hotel staff at the front desk and breakfast area were wonderful, but the condition of the room and the housekeeping experience overshadowed the positives.

There were definitely some highlights: the restaurant was excellent, and the orange juice was genuinely some of the best I've ever had. The valet service was fantastic as well--I never had to worry about parking, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The gym was also well-equipped, with towels provided, a good variety of equipment, and even a Pilates machine. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, particularly a morning employee named Edgar, left a very negative impression. On more than one occasion, I returned to the hotel and stood outside the entrance for 15-20 minutes waiting to be let in. He had seen me leave earlier and could clearly see me waiting at the door, yet made no effort to assist. Beyond that, his overall demeanor came across as passive-aggressive and unwelcoming. It's disappointing because the rest of the property and staff were great, and I genuinely enjoyed many aspects of my stay. However, customer service at the front desk is a major part of the guest experience, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I would consider staying here again, but management should address this issue if they want guests to feel welcomed and valued.

The only issue I had was the room I was staying in had a biiiig window and outside that window was the bar and lobby and till about 11PM there was a massive caravan of people drinking and chatting the night away. I am a light sleeper (DIVA) and had this gone on any later it would have been a real issue but things pretty much completely simmered down by 11 and I got a great nights sleep. Honestly the room bordering the bar/lobby will probably keep me from coming back but all and all the staff and place is pretty lovely. They seem to have rooms that don't have this issue.

I thought it off putting at first that our room was right on the corner from the reception and breakfast area. Any outside noise was muffled and didn't bother us, which I appreciate. The complimentary breakfast was great. They had diy waffle makers, cereal, bagels and bread for toast, and yogurt. There were also 3 trays of hot food. Egg and cheese omelet, sausage, and potatoes with chorizo. There were tortillas and toppings on the side. No complaints here, we will be back.
