I reserved my room online but still had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in because the front attendant was pretty busy helping a customer on the phone. They did charge me a deposit (hold) even though I paid with credit card, some hotels don't if you use a credit card. The deposit was returned within a few days. All in all my family and me had a quiet, comfortable stay. I would stay here again. I always book through Choice Rewards App or Armed Forces Travel to save money.
