Each machine has its own tv and a great range of cable channels. Compared to other gyms I've used, Gold's is very clean and without a funny smell. The only downside, is that the 2 days a week, when I *might* want to work out in the middle of the night, are the days with the shortest hours. Staying open 24/7, 7 days a week and not from Monday 4:30am-Friday 11pm would be even better. Not as cheap as the Y, but you can easily get your money's worth.

The studio itself is beautiful and they have a friendly community. All the instructors thoughtfully plan out their classes and I am impressed every time.
