SCAM ARTISTS I…read morepurchased 2 of $100 amazon gift cards physically from a store in Peterborough ON. When they were being used, we discovered that they were scammed and all the money had disappeared. I called the number on the back of the gift cards and was redirected to submit a claim online. I did so and uploaded all the information. I have proof of everything. They then deflected me to call Amazon which was just as useless which I shouldn't have to do anyways as I didn't buy the gift card from them directly. No two customer service agents knew how handle this and no one at Shoppers could or would help. Stay aways from this company!!

She was very dismissive and treated us terribly. She seemed more Interested in laughing and joking around with the student then listening to my concerns and treating my child. It was through Dr. Cole that I found out my old dentist was not taking care of my teeth (he not only showed me pictures - it was obvious even to the untrained eye - but I warned my Mom, who used the same bad dentist, and another dentist said she had the same problems with her teeth; this is a genuine criticism, not him trying to drum up business). He not only fixed my teeth, but was gentle with the violation I felt from the discovery of my old dentist's lack of care. He helped me with the extreme costs that I was now going to incur and found a balance between fixing as much as possible at once versus giving my jaw a rest from so much work. He also prescribed a (over-the-counter) treatment to prevent the migraines I was getting from having my jaw open and the spotlights; I still follow his advice before treatments with my new dentist. Honestly, if I hadn't moved out of town, I never would have left! I have a false tooth in my front and he matched it so perfectly to my natural teeth when he replaced it. He has the best eye I have ever seen. I joke with my friends that, next time I need my fake tooth maintained, I am travelling out to see him. If my financial situation allowed a vacation, I would actually do it. He is talented and genuine in his concern for you. Overall, just a great dentist. He surrounds himself with great staff as well.
