Doug came out to my parents house while I was still in town, got to work quickly, and had the washing machine up and running in no time! Additionally, Doug was VERY friendly, had lots of conversation, and was incredibly knowledgeable and competent. He's a veteran, and still working every day because he enjoys it. It is clear his 40+ years in the the repair industry have given him the know how to effectively fix most, if not all types of appliances. I can't recommend Jensen's Appliance Repair enough, and I thank Doug for taking care of my parents. Side note, his price was very reasonable, I'd have paid more for what he did and the level of service I received.

Not only did he do a great job cleaning the stove and the chimney pipe, he ordered a broken part and came back to replace it when it arrived. If you buy a generator from this man be prepared to be ghosted after he receives your money…read more $20,000 was invested on a big commercial generator for my off-grid property and a year and a half later it is not hooked up. He will tell you he'll be up "next week" which will turn into one month later. Horrible communication skills. If you go on vacation for a few months and he can't knock on your door to talk your ear off with vulgarities he will drop your job entirely and beat his chest talking about how busy he is taking care of bigger clients. When asked for generator company recommendations I will actively steer people away from Robert whenever I can.
