Doug came out to my parents house while I was still in town, got to work quickly, and had the washing machine up and running in no time! Additionally, Doug was VERY friendly, had lots of conversation, and was incredibly knowledgeable and competent. He's a veteran, and still working every day because he enjoys it. It is clear his 40+ years in the the repair industry have given him the know how to effectively fix most, if not all types of appliances. I can't recommend Jensen's Appliance Repair enough, and I thank Doug for taking care of my parents. Bill was very professional and knew the switch on the washer door was bad before he even took it…read moreapart. All we could see wrong was the latch was broken. He fixed the latch and the door would finally close, but it wouldn't turn on. He confirmed it was the switch that tells the washer to start, so he ordered it and was back as soon as he got the part and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Bill the appliance guy to fix all our appliances, he also fixes ceiling fans and does light plumbing! His rates are very reasonable, all together he was here for 3 1/2 hours and only charged 300.00 for parts and labor.

I asked what he would do, he said he would consider getting a new machine as this one was 9 years old. He further stated the new machines are not built to last like they used to be.
