Called Neon about getting our 24-year old garage fridge/freezer fixed. The fridge wasn't cooling. The woman who answered the phone asked me the make, model number and the issue. She told me their rate, which seemed reasonable. Edward came out. He wasted no time getting to work. Edward found the problem, showed it to me and gave me an estimate. It was cheaper to fix it than going through the hassle of replacing it with another used one. I highly recommend Neon and Edward for your appliance repairs. read more

I called a few days ago to schedule a dryer repair and was able to get an appointment for today. Max arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. Max was able to come and fix our washing machine on the same day we called the company. He was informative, attentive and very professional. My husband had tried calling a plumber earlier but was unable to have one come out tonight on short notice (Thursday, 12/28/2023). We were told we would need to wait until AFTER the New Year ... possibly on Tuesday! We needed someone to help us with the washer BEFORE the end of the year since the machine kept showing an error signal, "IE." Max was able to fit us in even though he still had another customer to assist before 8 pm! Busy man! When he arrived, he had his thick booties on and was able to solve the problem within 5 minutes! There was no need to order any parts. He showed us that the tube connection behind the washer had been installed incorrectly. It needed to come out of the wall more. He was able to figure out how to do so properly. We have his name and company's business card on our refrigerator now. (He was even able to answer questions regarding our fridge too!) Knowing that he is able to come out on such short notice to fix our appliance problems makes Max and NEON Appliance Repair a top-rated company in our opinion! Kudos to a very satisfying customer experience!!! read more

We had a Samsung washer that we were hopeful to get repaired. When the tech came he inspected and told us that it would be too costly to repair due to broken brackets and bad bearings. I appreciate the honesty in not recommending a repair based on the potential outcome of it not being worth it. He recommended some reliable brands that would be better suited for reliability and longevity instead. Very kind and helpful, I'll be calling them again! read more

Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly! Our refrigerator stopped working. I tried a few different things with no success after looking around on the web. I finally gave in and called a few different people who either didn't pick up, or refused to come out to help us because they "didn't service our area". I finally called Neon, and I'm VERY glad I did! Max was out here within a couple of days and had the issue diagnosed in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained everything he was doing as he worked. He is as friendly and personable as he is professional. It was an absolute pleasure talking with him! Max came to our house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct parts and returned week later and fixed our oven. whoop whoop! I received prompt and professional attention to my request to have my Electrolux double oven repaired. Max washonest and found the problem immediately. He successfully repaired my oven. Not too much later another problem presented itself. It was a much more major problem and again Max explained it completely to me. He was more than fair with his pricing and returned visit. Very happy with my experience with Neon Appliance. Was able to have someone look at my noisy 2 year old Electrolux dryer in a short time. Max found out quickly what was wrong and explained thoroughly how he could fix it. And he did. Max also recommended what type of routine maintenance would prevent the problem again.
