Worst business ever. 11 years ago I sign paperwork for a fuel fill and inspection For my own tank! My own tank! Turns out I signed paperwork to lease a tank in which was never deliverered and then 11 years later they come and remove MY TANK while my tank was 50% full. If you guys removed my tank that was on the property and replaced it with one of your tanks.. where did you put my tank??? I have it documented that I purchased the tank within the property purchase agreement from the bank! Then this company tells me I can have the fuel that I paid for if I figure out how to pump it out. So this company thieves a tank that is not theirs that is 50% full and I'm left with nothing. All because they made me sign paperwork for a fuel fill which included underwriting about leasing equipment that they never installed on my property. Go figure. Thanks guys. DO NOT Use them for your fuel oil source. The drivers steal fuel oil you pay for, EVERY time we need to be filled we get hassled for one reason or another. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They are very rude and unapologetic. read more

You can disregard the other review because I would bet the reason they were hassled to get filled is that they wouldn't pay there bill. Not sure how or why a driver could steal fuel oil from you. In the end it is a gas station/oil company so you get your fuel and leave. read more

They will take your credit card payment, then wait so long to deliver your propane you'll end up paying an emergency delivery fee on top of it. We paid first thing Monday morning and were told we'd be filled Thursday or Friday at the latest. Friday 4:30 rolls by still no truck. Made phone call and now we are told Monday is our delivery day to our area. B.S. I saw their truck down the road Thursday afternoon. Was basically told to pound sand they weren't coming and they didn't care if we were out of propane on a weekend we were expecting -0° temps. Ok we give, we'll pay your emergency fee of $150. Miraculously their truck arrives a half an hour later. I should have waited to declare an emergency in the middle of the night to fully maximize my emergency fee. Also, I'm done plowing a path in the snow for the driver and enjoy dragging your fill hose through the piles of my dogs land mines. Respect works both ways. read more
