I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed and I stopped by because it's on my way home and I needed one so bad. I always put off getting oil changes; I've had a lot of negative experiences when it comes to the men at these places talk down to me or assume I don't know anything about my own car. Anyway, there was no line when I pulled up. I got in right away, and the customer service was top notch from the second I turned my car off! I was asked what kind of oil I wanted and everything was very efficient and friendly. I ended up paying just under $90 for high mileage oil and a new air filter and that's a pretty good deal! Daryl was the kind gentleman who assisted me, and he also informed me about their top up services for air and fluids between changes and that Tuesday's at Ladies' Day. $5 off for women who come in. Overall very pleased and I will definitely be going back. read more

Getting my car's oil changed is probably one of my least favorite chores. I don't know why, because I've never had bad experiences, no one tries to sell me stuff I don't need, and it usually doesn't even take that long, but I always dread it for some reason. I saw some neighbors in my area mentioning this place on Facebook recently, so I decided to give it a try for my most recent oil change. It's a small, locally-owned spot with just two bays, but I only waited a few minutes before I was able to pull in to the garage. They use Valvoline oil so they used the same stuff I had on my previous oil change. They did the regular checks - lights, fluids, etc., and topped off some fluids for me. Overall the whole visit was only about 15 minutes and I didn't have to make an appointment. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and nice. They have coupons available on their website, but it was $20 cheaper than I was expecting already. I definitely will keep coming back to Rapid Oil and Lube for future oil changes! They also offer flushes, wiper installation and sales, and headlight/taillight installation. read more

A dreary Saturday afternoon and I thought they would be busy. Not so. I think more people need to know about these guys. Super quick service. In and out in about 10-15 minutes. I just had the oil change. People were really friendly and courteous. Was able to show them a $7 coupon from their web site to take off the bill. Then came the shock. $65 oil change. Great place to get an oil change with no appointment and be out in 10 minutes. You also get a top off service if needed with purchase, such as a tire pressure check or windshield wiper fluid refill. I have a really old car and my drain plug's thread was worn out, so they pointed this out and replaced it for $5. Friendly and efficient service. read more

I had a great experience here. The guys that did my oil change were very helpful. I have a very high mileage car. They checked all my lights and discovered water in my headlight and fixed the problem. Also my window was stuck down and they played around just to help and got it up for me! Not a permanent fix on the window but at least I don't have to spend a couple hundred today! I will definitely go back to this location for all my oil changes. read more

I've taken my car here for the past few oil changes and I say they do a pretty great job! The haven't tried to up sell me on anything and tell me the truth. Like today I was told my filter would probably need to be changed next time, unlike another place in the past that tried to tell me I needed to change it every time I went, even though they changed it the last time. They top off your fluids, air in your tires and also do a light, brake and signal light test before you leave. I appreciate their kindness and customer service. I've only had to wait once for a car in front of me and it was only for 5 minutes. Overall you are in and out in about 10 minutes. I recommend others to go here too! read more

Just heard about this place today. Has to be the fasted and nicest group of guys who have ever changed my oil. Seriously, it was a relief to not have someone trying to up-sell me the whole time I was there. My experience today was exactly what I hoped for after reading other positive reviews before I came in. I brought my 2014 Ford Edge there today and I'll be bringing our other vehicles there next week. I have a new favorite place for when I need an oil change on the go! Locally owned business. These guys are great. They are honest, and skilled at what they do. I've come in for an oil change early to be cautious, and they say, you don't need one yet, we'll check everything out, top off the oil if needed. My water pump went in my car. It was diagnosed within less than 5 minutes, the part ordered, and an eta of 1 hr 20 mins given to me. True to their word, it was ready when they said it was. I was of couse very worried it wasn't fixed...poor guys....and brought it back 3 times in the days following to check and make sure it still wasn't leaking. They were very patient, very kind and said "bring it back as many times as you need to feel comfortable. They are great. Can't say enough about them. read more
