I can't tell you how many times Dr Coombs had to come in his office on weekends and other late appointments because my permanent bottom bridge came off and he had to re-cement it The last time I was sitting in his office on a Saturday after he just got back from Lake Tahoe. We had a heart-to-heart discussion and he told me it was time to take action. So it began, 10 months of treatment procedures, and all kinds of handholding and Support. Dr. Coombs is not only a very gifted and talented dentist, but he is one of the kindest and most compassionate dental providers you could ever meet. He and his wife, Dr. Brewer are the perfect team, if it's possible to have enjoyable dentistry, believe me they make it like that. Their Staff is amazing my hygienist Gina Spence has been cleaning my teeth for 23 years, that's how long I have been with this practice, finally, I have completed the process and now I just have a few adjustments, but my teeth are gorgeous. Thank you, Dr. Coombs for being with me on this long journey, I don't think I could have gone through this without your kindness and support and friendship.

I had 2 bad experiences with Dr Kiggins first his assistant made a mistake with a temporary crown…read morethey had put it they had to call me back remove the crown remove some string or packing and then replace the crown. The dentist was not even present and the assistant did this work, I was very uncomfortable with this procedure. Second Dr Kiggins replaced the permanent crown with a crown that needed several adjustments as it did not fit right. He used his grinder on a few occasions trying to adjust the bite. It never fit correctly and did not feel right, upon consulting with another dentist it turned out that the tooth root was found to be cracked possibly from chewing on a tooth way out of adjustment. Now I have the cost of a dental implant which I have put off for a while as for the cost after already paying Dr Kiggins to replace this crown. Now off to get a dental implant.This was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

I needed…read morea cleaning and I was overdue arriving in Carson in mid November it had been 8 months since my last cleaning. I knew I would have to establish things being new in town so I went through all the tests regular x-rays,the full head x-rays the regular exam by the dentist and a tooth by tooth exam rating each one, NO! Cavities YAY! this was a long process just to get a normal cleaning which wouldn't have been done today anyway because I have to be established! first. It was suggested I should have a deep cleaning / scaling no big deal, I had a choice to make whether I wanted that procedure done. I waited while they checked with my insurance coverage, after waiting about 20 minutes the Office Assistant returned stating that my insurance would not cover the deep cleaning, this was the first time using this dental insurance since I moved out here. So all in all my exam was good no major problems so I decided to just do the normal cleaning. So this is where it takes a turn after being there an hour just to get through the process of being a new patient I was informed that I can't get my regular cleaning like any normal patient I must do the deep cleaning before I can get my (standard teeth cleaning) no! choice! for $1,500.00 I have Never! seen anything like this, anytime you have a medical procedure done you have a choice whether to do it or not. I chose to just to schedule a regular cleaning and I was told I can't do that I must have the $1,500.00 procedure done first. (I CAN"T GET A NORMAL TEETH CLEANING). P.S. I have been going to my old dentist for 10 years twice a year without any problems till today.

Since it was almost 5 p.m., both his dentist and pediatrician were already closed, but Clear Creek was still open. I called, sent over a photo as requested, and was reassured right away. The team explained exactly what was happening and let me know everything was okay. Even though I'm the patient, I was incredibly grateful for the care and guidance they provided for my son as well. I asked to reschedule for an afternoon appt like I requested, they gave me an update of 2 weeks later and at 1pm. Told that wouldn't work and I needed later in the day. They pushed the appointment out another 5 months. So basically I waited a year for a mess up on their part. I'm going elsewhere.
