They show up as practicing and being located on West Main Street in Brevard. We are revising our wills and I called them this morning and set up an appointment for Friday at noon which I assumed would be at their offices in Brevard. I got an appointment confirmation about 2 hours later after being charged a $50 fee for a first consultation indicating that our attorney, Melanie Larkins would be calling us on my cell phone from Forest City, NC for a meeting that we actually consider quite important in at this point in our lives. It was never mentioned when I set up the meeting that it would be anything but an in person meeting with an attorney in Brevard. This firm is a joke. They portray a presence that does't exist. Now we'll see if I get my deposit back. Fortunately, if they don't courteously reverse it, I'll just kill it with Wells Fargo.
