I had just hoped someone might know something I didn't and could shed some light on the current situation. Well I was fortunate enough to get so much more than that! I couldn't be more thankful for all of the help I received from this company. I was directed to speak to Justina via email, who even though was away from the office for the holidays was quick to get back to me. I call again to pay and I was told that they don't know why the lady I spoke with told me different and I need to pay 2x the amount if I want to continue. Their employees don't know how to do their job at all! They all need to be trained better and give accurate information. They tell you one thing and then another when they are in the wrong. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

They even made sure to finish the process that same day! Not only that, but they offered me the cheapest offer I have EVER gotten after almost 3 years of driving. To top it off, when the DMV was having issues about my insurance the next day I went into Veronica's insurance in person. The place was not only clean, but all the ladies there was sweet, kind, and helpful to everyone around them!
