This place has really tanked in the last couple years. Have a question? Think you can call and talk to someone during working hours? Think again. Every time you call, a machine gives you 5 options and 0/5 give you a live person. Your only option is to leave a message and hope they return your call. Well, they returned my week of messages... and I didn't hear my phone, missed their call and guess what? I had to leave several messages before I FINALLY received a call back, today... and it's a holiday. I asked for a simple quote on comp and collision... oh, by the way, I have an existing policy with them for liability only for YEARS. She told me she can't give me a quote, because it's a holiday. Yep, an insurance broker can't provide a quote. She said she'll call back Monday.... I just wanted a number, that was it. Screw this place. I'm taking my 4+ years of patronage to someone that will actually pick up the phone and help me. 11/21/2016: In response to Jim's message below, my original comment was posted was 12/31, not 12/25, and if you actually read my complaint, I did speak with an agent on 12/31... she just wouldn't give me a quote since 12/31 is a holiday. BUT she did answer the phone and was working... just not giving quotes. That was the upsetting thing for me, if you take a minute to thoroughly read my comment. Secondly, you may want to consider the accuracy of the notes on your system. I am very good about keeping my voicemail box clear ( I consider it responsible parenting), its never full, so I KNOW that's not true. I think maybe it could have been the wrong number, but I called and left my number many times. It's kind of sad that gone are the days of 'the customer is always right', a simple apology would have sufficed. read more

This place is my current auto insurance company and they are the best. I drive a corevette and after all the discounts, I only pay 100 bucks a month. The staff helped me receive every discount possible ranging from college graduate discount to the good driver discount. Could improve with the way they talk to customers. Spoke to jasmine and she had a monotone voice when I was given an estimate she said "do you want it or not " I said what her problem was and she said she has other calls ? Like if I'm not a valued customer ? when I asked to speak to the manager she said I could hold and I had to hang up and call again just to speak to Lorraine another moron!
