If you visit Spitzer in Hartville, I highly recommend Jennifer, who was always professional and easy to deal with. Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle for other reasons. I was manipulated from the jump by the typical car salesman quote, "out the door". The salesman and floor Manager (I'll get to him later) and I went back and forth, on the price WE all agreed on until it came time to do the actual paperwork and the price was $3000 higher than what we agreed on. This came to a screaming match for the salesman and a crying match for me. Then the sales floor manager gets involved. And when I said disgusted, he redefined the word. He storms into the office where we originally agreed on the price of the vehicle and says "I don't care what you have to say or what was said by my employees, this is what's happening TODAY hunny" with veins popping out his forehead. Him and I go back and forth. If I wasn't so insecure about already having my credit pulled, I'd have left. But I knew the damage was already done. As the manager and I go back and forth once again, he continues to call me names like "kiddo", "hunny", etc.! Then when I ask him the 3rd time to address me by my name, he says I'm sorry I just didn't know it!!? When someone spends over $50,000 at my place of business, I'd make it a point to know their name. Disgusting, egotistical man who I'd be ashamed to have work for me! Would give zero stars if I could!
