I purchased a 2011 Nissan rogue. It had just under 75,000 miles on it. I literally drove it 56 miles and the transfer case went out. I understand lemon law when ya buy as is but it also states if things were not disclosed it still applies. The shop it was taken to showed me where the flex pipe was cut to repair the transfer casing then they obviously decided not to. They didn't even have the decency to respond back and make an effort to give me an excuse which to me is more insulting then selling me something you knew had issues without disclosing them. If you purchase here take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection don't trust anything they tell you. They don't care shit about their customers literally just out to make a dollar. Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Stay far away from Prime Auto Sales!! They sold my boyfriend a 2011 GMC Sierra saying it was a good work truck. He did a visual inspection and test drive it and it seemed fine. It was getting dark and close to closing time so he didn't inspect underneath. Later that same night it came to his attention that the frame was rusted and rotted away in multiple locations. The frame rail was cracked in half. The shocks were just hanging because the mounts were completely gone. the wheel wells were rotted away. Went back to the dealership the next day and Alex the owner acknowledged the damage and claimed to have a "guy" who could fix the frame and he even offered to pay for repairs. He handed my boyfriend his business card with the contact information of the repair guy. Later that day he tried calling this repair guy and left messages and never got a response. Sent Alex a text the next day and he ignored his message also. Currently we are starting the legal process to try and get our $5000 back. It's a shame this place is still in business. They have been ripping people off for years. Just don't. No matter how desperate you are. Don't. You've been warned. Oh and let's not forget the 15 or so times they have been sued in court since 2019! read more

Prime Auto Sales sold me a vehicle without providing a valid title and failed to produce one for 71 days. I purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey on 12/5/2025 and was told the title would be provided later. During those 71 days, I could not properly register the vehicle due to the missing title. After repeatedly waiting, the dealership claimed the issue was "fixed" and that they had the title, but when asked to show it, they admitted they still did not have it. Only then did they allow me to return the vehicle on 2/14/2026 and issue a refund check, which is still pending. Very frustrating experience and poor handling of basic ownership documentation. read more

I hate to even give them 1 star. The salesman is arrogant and can lie with a straight face. I told him it needed to be safe because there will be 3 children in it. He told us nothing was wrong with this suv other than needing tires and an antenna. We wanted to take it to a garage to have it checked out and he said there were no garages open. He said they had it checked over and cleaned before putting it up for sale. Turned out the frame was rusted through enough, that it cracked through and rolled off the road right as my Son was driving onto a 6 lane bridge. One minute later could have taken lives. ZERO STARS!!! NO. JUST NO! I have an $8,000 "rusty" boat anchor thanks to Pete and his brother. I flew in to get the Jeep (that looked good in the pictures, concealing the rust), only to be stood up at the airport (they said they would come pick me up). The drive back to the Carolinas took two days because the Jeep I bought overheated every 45 minutes. The transmission started making noises by the time I was 25 minutes away from their shop. I took it to two different mechanics (Ford & Jeep) here in Charlotte, NC, They said head was blown, radiator full of 'stop leak' and rust, trans fluid and engine oil/gas. Brakes were worn out and rotors needed to be totally replaced. Tires needed replacement, shocks need replacement, suspension components rusted to a dangerous condition. Basically, needed everything. Why did I not read these guys reviews before I bought I will never know....and never do again. Based upon the others on here, I am not alone. Please save your self money, time, safety, etc. I am pursuing relief through all legal avenues, BBB, State of Ohio and anything else I can....class action lawsuit anyone? Do not let cheap prices and pretty pictures influence you - these cars are junk, these guys are not ethical. read more

When I asked to speak with manager...I was told he was the manager AND owner, threw my deposit at me saying, "Take your fu*?!ing deposit and get the fu*! out". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have been sued 15 times and have a F rating through the BBB. We bought an Infinity from here, brought OBD reader and something came up, they stated it was just a sensor and bought us the part; however that is not what was wrong with it at all. After 6 days the car stopped starting at all. We took it to a dealership to check it out and it originally had $6,500 in damages. Now, they have updated us that there is sludge in the engine and is a high chance it also needs a new engine, another $4,000. The warranty refuses to cover anything because they are stating it's pre-existing issues. This dealership is not helping in any way either. Upon doing some research (that sadly we should have done prior to this purchase) these people have been sued FIFTEEN times for similar issues and they also have an F rating with the BBB for 20 complains in total and have only responded to 18 of them. They 100% know their vehicles have issues and sell them anyways. It's a scam and I highly recommend going anywhere else and doing extensive research when buying a used car. I would have never thought to look up if they had lawsuits but I definitely will be searching this from now on. Please do not buy from these people!!!!!!!! read more

Made a deal to buy truck from Drago and Pete upon arriving found that truck did not have new tires ( bald bald ) , no new battery , AC did not work , the owners son attempted to recharge with freon but discovered that the system was overcharged - which probably means a new compressor , the new windshield was not installed but a poor repair on a large hole was done instead. When I asked for a price adjustment I was F'ud repeatedly by the representative ( Pete's Brother?) of this business. Shocking how they treat potential customers. Prime Auto Sales llc is a joke. Aleksander Knezevic sold my son a car for 2700 bucks and within 24 hours the motor blew. They will not refund his money. They however did offer to pay for part of a new motor... but my son had to pay for all labor and install. This is unacceptable. My son is a single father and this was going to be his only mode for transportation to and from work. We have talked with them numerous times just to be laughed at. My son is out 2700 bucks and has a big paperweight in his his drive. Do not ever buy a car from these crooks. I had to post a star... but in my opinion they get none. I drove 120 miles to find out they were using the vehicle to get people to come to the lot. They use a very clean car and a low price then tell you its sold when you get there and meanwhile I checked a 1/2 hour into the ride to make sure it was there and one of the SHADY CROOKED BROTHERS said it was there for me then an hour later I get there and said it sold right after they talked to me!!!! They get some decent looking vehicles but all have mechanical issues. I knew when I pulled up and you could hear the exhaust blowing out of the manifolds on a Ford truck that they were pushing junk. They had doctored the car up and were selling it as "rust free" anyone with common sense can see they painted over the rust. This was a waste of 5-6 hours of planning a drive time. These is a small dealership in Uniontown, Ohio, run by two brothers; Peter and Alex. The cars look decent and aren't super high in miles. My experience was not an amazing one. I purchased a 2008 Saturn Outlook. It was under my budget so I was definitely happy about that. This was on 3/12/2021. So after test driving I decided I wanted to buy the car. It ran well but due to time constraints I couldn't take it on the highway, the person I was with had an appointment. So we went into the office and talked to the one with the pony tail. We asked him about an error message and said that it was 100% the sensor. He knew it for a fact and would pay for the repair. So I took the car paid cash and he gave me the number to the shop he works with. Got home was in my driveway and the check engine light came on. Called immediately and one of them said no problem just a sensor take it to the mechanic. Went to the mechanic not the senso $2k for a timing chain and like $400 for exhaust. Ok used car things happen. They couldn't fix the stability message called them back, referred me to Unique wiring kinda in between Uniontown and Ellet. Told the guy I don't think it's the sensor it shakes on the freeway. He said no definitely not in that case and he would see what was wrong. Came back to pick up car it wasn't fixed. Asked and he wouldn't be direct with me. Edited a couple of days tried to get ahold of the brothers no answer so drove down. They put the Unique guy on speaker phone and made arrangements to turn off sensor. Smelled fish at this point because body language was weird and I didn't hear the whole conversation. Took it to another mechanic right strut completed blown $1k. So after reading that I guess buy there if you want to. read more

Every sleazy used car salesmen will seem honest next to Peter Knezevic the owner of Prime Auto Sales. This guy understood I was driving three hours to swap my car and $2500 for his, I asked point black would you put your own son in the car and I was assured it was perfect, I hope the guy is sterile. His photos didn't show he front bumper cover hanging off the car on the left and ripped on the right. It didn't show any of the rot and rust popping through on the door jams and sills and hood and tailgate. He told me "don't be concerned about appearance" then how about being concerned the heat doesn't work right, the actuator vents don't work right, it burns oil, it lacks power and the radio doesn't work? I asked him for the gas money I paid getting there and all he did was laugh at me. Hen told me my trade wasn't what I said, I just drove 3 hours so we know the car is trust worthy and VW just painted the entire car under its corrosion warranty so the guy is pretty much searching for some justification for his actions. 30 years ago I would have drove the POS into one of his other POS and called it even, with a lot more to lose these days I'll leave this same review on close to 100 sites and with the BBB to warn others just how much of a sleazy sketchy and scummy of a place this is. He will change the name of his business numerous times, because if being shut down, but he can't change his name, Peter Knezevic is he kind of person that perpetuates the used car salesmen reputation. All I can say is STAY COMPLETELY AWAY. We bought a car for our son and his family back in May and they drove it 5 full days. That's all. FIVE DAYS. Realizing it's a used car, I expected some things to pop up but not the minute I drove it to my son's house. The engine light went on when we drove it into the driveway. No problem. Took it back to Prime. Sure, they'll look at it and was told it was all ok. All they did was turn off the sensor lights. We took it to our mechanic of 45 years and it needed a cam sensor. Not a big deal, right? Well, the sensor was replaced with the actual auto brand and the car just won't work. We've had it to 3 other places, one was an actual dealership. NO ONE can fix this thing. No one can figure out what is wrong with it. Of course Prime won't replace the car with anything else so we're out $$$$ and have a vehicle that is non drivable. STAY FAR AWAY. VERY shady. I'd give zero stars if I could. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying this thing. I've learned the hard way. read more
