Took my wife's Volkswagen Routan in for service recently. The car has over 130,000 miles on it and things are starting to fail. The car has held up pretty well. Underneath, it is a not a Volkswagen, but a Chrysler. That's right - it was built in the Chrysler Town & Country factory in Toronto, Canada. Everything about the vehicle is Chrysler, except for the badges and seats. The rear wiper arm doesn't touch the rear window, so I took it in to be replaced - for the third time. I worked while the car was being serviced. They have free Wi-Fi and coffee. I also had them perform an inspection to ensure other things weren't failing. On this visit, no additional issues were found. Until next time, Volkswagen.

I was informed from relatives, that i can possibly get some of my money back from the extended warranty if I contacted the finance department of KDK. I told the man on the other end who i was and why i was calling. Tony Williams of the Finance Department then told me he would take a look and give me a call back. What then followed was me periodically trying to get back into contact with Mr. Williams. The photo i have attached to this review shows this. After the last text messages i noticed i was blocked. This is very upsetting since i spent around 22k when buying my car and this is how they treat this customers after they drive of the lot? If they are willing to help fix this unprofessionalism. Unblocked me and send me a text!

Made arrangements to come test drive a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Turns out it's a 2017. Made arrangements to come test drive it... lot is closed and no employees. Came in to buy Van, supposed to have paperwork started for a quick transaction, nope. Had to ask them to wash it. Van had a cracked windshield, his brother said fix it and he only offered to split the cost. Then we go radio silent when time comes to get the title. For a place that has been around 27 years... it feels more like Mos Eisley spaceport, where "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious!" Never buy from these clowns... their dealership is a circus, and not reputable. I've seen lemonade stands with better operational management skills.

After several unanswered e-mails and calls over an 11-day period I final made contact with the service tech who indicated the need for a temp sensor. When I came in to pick up my car, I paid the invoice including the cost of the temp sensor. To my surprise the car had dirty handprints on the inside door pulls and footprints on the front carpet along with bird droppings on the carpet in the back. Interestingly enough the service tech had told me he had kept it covered as I had asked, saying he did so as they were having some issues with bird droppings. After a few weeks of waiting for the part, I called to check on it and was told it was not ordered; even though I had paid for it. Ultimately, I did receive the part, installed it without issue and the light remained on. I reached out to let the service tech know that the part did not fix the issue, and again after a few unanswered e-mails and calls, he finally responded back and asked I bring the car back. I responded with a written explanation of concern along with a picture showing a stripped wiring harness (apparently done by a squirrel or the like during storage) running right over the original temp sensor prior to replacement being installed. I went on to say that clearly this is a visible issue but there was no mention of it in the inspection report and I couldn't help but wonder if anyone even looked at the temp sensor as this literally ran right over the top of it and would have been seen an noted. I never heard from him again. Nothing. UPDATE 10/18/24. The general manager reach out via a response to my review. He was genuine in his desire to understand what had transpired. We connected via a call and it was clear he had taken the time to understand the internal events surrounding this issue. He accepted responsibility for the shortcomings and offered to make it right. I appreciated his efforts. So yes, it was a bad initial experience however clearly the organization and its management care about their customers and are willing to take action and keep them happy thru positive experiences.

I love Ford truck but in Ohio at least in the northeast Ohio area are terrible. None of them are good at service and apparently they can't even transfer license Something you would think they do constantly.

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I've Ever Had…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Hyundai and this dealership was so frustrating that I feel other customers deserve to know what to expect. My vehicle remained at the dealership for an extended period while I repeatedly tried to get updates. Calling the dealership was an exercise in frustration--I was transferred from one person to another, left numerous voicemails, and rarely received a return call. It often felt impossible to speak with someone who could provide a clear answer. When I couldn't get any help, I wrote letters to Hyundai corporate, including the CEO, as well as dealership management. I hoped someone would at least acknowledge my concerns or explain what was happening. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Eventually, I got my vehicle back, but the overall experience left me feeling ignored and disappointed. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care was unacceptable. Mechanical issues can happen with any manufacturer. What separates a great company from the rest is how it treats its customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, Hyundai and this dealership failed that test in my experience. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, I encourage you to pay close attention to the quality of customer service, not just the vehicle itself. I sincerely hope Hyundai takes these concerns seriously and improves the way it communicates with and supports its customers.

I took my 17 year old son to find a car in his price range ($2500). The guy greeted me with an annoyed look and reluctantly took me outside to show me some cars. This was only after he ranted about how busy they were with tax refund season in full swing. Apparently, he was tired from showing cars all day. We go outside and he proceeds to tell me how cars are more expensive this week because its tax refund season and the demand is so high. "Any car on this lot will be $800 more next week," he says. Okay, so I've had about enough of him and I just ask him how much they know about the cars before they buy them. "Not a damn thing." Okay, so its an auction... maybe that's reasonable. So I proceed to ask what he knows about the cars by the time they put a price on them and try to sell them... "By that point, we know that they start and will drive. We don't do safety checks, we don't change the fluids. We just mark them up $3-400 and that's it. It is what it is." So unless you are a mechanic, I don't know why you'd buy anything from these guys. I am not--and although I had already started walking to my car to leave, I decided to ask one more question just for fun. Assuming I were to find a car we liked, I asked if he would mind if we took it to my mechanic for an inspection. His response: "We don't normally like to allow that.... these cars are used and they are all going to have one thing wrong or another, you just have to expect that." I said, "But my mechanic is right around the corner at Royal Car Care." "Oh," he says, "Forget it then. Not a single car on this lot would pass their inspection." He said it with such disdain I could tell it was personal. His response to my final question was priceless. I asked "What would their motivation be, rejecting all of your cars?" Having no clue how shady he was, he simply replied, "They are just trying to protect their customers. Go figure.

I originally asked about a warranty and was told not to worry, it would be taken care of. Delivery of the vehicle took almost 2wks. Believe only reason I got it when I did was due to refusing the delivery if it was any later than that date. Was asked before even getting the car to call the finance company and advise them everything was good since they had been calling the dealership to verify. Once I got the car, it seemed pretty nice. Liked the ride, how it handled and it actually saved me on my payment. On the 57th day, the motor seized. I had a Hyundai dealership do the estimate and they found the motor was seized and quoted me $13,200 to fix it. I called Michael to find out about the warranty. Never got an answer to a warranty but according to the finance company, there wasn't one purchased. Michael said they would try to get it fixed and that possibly they could get me a loaner to help mitigate the problem. This was Sept of 2024 and I still have not heard anything from him. This is after several calls, email, texts and messages from other people. So i would say I am being actively ignored. Hyundai attempted to step in and provide help, but they eventually refused. So here I am almost a year later and still paying for a vehicle I cant use at all, and haven't been able to use since Aug of 2024. I feel like I was targeted due to the fact I had already filed bankruptcy(how they got my info in 1st place)and they saw a way to get rid of a problem with a guaranteed payment since i couldn't file on it. Looking at VIN search, this company had my car from new, so they are the reason that Hyundai is refusing to help me. After reading the other reviews, I am going to make sure that they didn't cancel my GAP insurance. Feeling like legal assistance is only course of action I have now.
