I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. When I tell you, it was the worst facility that I've ever experienced. From the CNA's To the Nursing Staff. The smell of urine hit you from entrance to room access, I witnessed consistent call lights going off, horrible food, and the worst patient care ever!!!! I wouldn't put any family member in this place period!!! I worked diligently with his case manager, Pam, who was the only one who cared enough to help me get my Father out of that hell hole. He has been transferred to Banner Rehabilitation Hospital in Phoenix located on 3rd Street and Indian School. On entrance, the staff greets you with a smile. The level of cleanliness is everything. The private room that my Father was provided has given him a level of comfort. I see the light back in his eyes, which has encouraged him to push himself during his seven days a week, rehabilitation program. There has not been one time that I've visited or called to check on my Father where he's not being tended to by staff with tender loving care. On every visit, I walk in feeling warm and fuzzy, knowing my Father is somewhere people are going to treat him with love, kindness, integrity, and respect. At Desert Blossom he developed bed sores, including a major one on his foot. The new level of care at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital is helping Father to rapidly heal, emotionally and physically. I truly want them to know how grateful I am for the level of care. He is currently receiving. If I could put 30 stars, I surely would. As a fitness enthusiast, I am SO happy I found Lisa!…read more 12 years ago I was in a nearly fatal car accident that left me with chronic neck and back pain that I had just come to terms with. When I met Lisa she gave me hope, for the first time in 12 years, that I wouldn't be in pain for the rest of my life. With an initial combination of both Fascial Stretch Therapy and Cupping, she gave me immediate relief from neck and backs spasms, as well as relief from tightness and discomfort in my hips that my spin classes had caused. I didn't dread my visits like I do with other PT facilities. Aside from a hip injury, I also had knee injuries. I was sent for my hip injury but Grace kept this in mind and chose exercises that did not hurt my knees any more. Ultimately, I had to go to another specialist and have an MRI - turns out I need a hip replacement. If I need to go back to PT, for sure I'll be going back here and requesting Grace. She's the BEST!

As a healthcare worker, I appreciate listening to what my patients say and trying to offer them the same care/experience/ respect I would expect. I asked specifically by voicemail for a callback on a specific number to discuss the appointment. The scheduler decided to call back a different number( which thankfully I still was present for to take) When I asked if the vm I left was fully listened to and why the number I specifically listed wasn't used, the scheduler could not give an answer. Instead of trying to correct the situation, she decided to hang up and end the call. Very professional. I'm sure the PT I was intending to see was great. The facility was recommended by my MD, yet I will never know as this individual scheduler ruined this opportunity. I would hope the administration of the establishment would consider who they are using to interact with new patients to prevent this from happening to someone else. I currently do not recommend this facility.
