I have had years of physical therapy, including myofascial release therapy, but with Dr. Podbielski, I have experienced the first significant lessening of pain. He gave me his full attention and asked questions during sessions to assure me that he was really listening. Sadly I don't find that a lot of medical professionals truly listen to you. Professional and welcoming. I am currently receiving treatment for sciatic nerve pain here at Complete Physical Therapy. Sadly, I still struggle with my nerve pain, but they have been problem-solving with me, and it might take the full 6 weeks to lengthen my right pelvis which affects my left leg. Peter, the physical therapist is trained in myofacial release. This has helped stretch my shorter right side and compromised pelvis. The treatment rooms are calming and beautiful. I have fallen asleep as Melissa, the physical therapy assistant has also worked on me. Nicole and Victoria have worked with me in the gym area. For my therapy regime, there are a lot of stretching exercises using balls, belts, suspension ropes, and Pilates machine. The workout is challenging. They spotted me to make sure that I was not over-straining and using my muscles correctly. Anya who works up front is warm and caring. Their team always checks on your pain level when you come in and when you leave. I absolutely LOVE this place. I have a herniated disc and sciatica. I got into an accident early Jan and decided to go to physical therapy for the pain. I kind of had to wait to get my first appointment but I am so glad I waited. I had my second appointment today and I can't wait till my next one.
