The standout for us was the 2019 Zinfandel--bold, smooth, and just really memorable. Definitely the one we're still talking about. Beyond the wine itself, wandering through the sculpture gardens added something really special to the visit. It's such a peaceful, beautiful setting and made the whole experience feel more like an afternoon escape than just a tasting. Honestly, Kevin made it. I wound up buying a couple bottles to take home with me and so did my daughter. A pallet is a very strange thing to explain to people because my taste and what I think about that wines flavors and nuances it really varies from person to person. But I was so impressed with this lovely product. If I wasn't there, wouldn't be those two bottles in my car. When we arrived I was amazed at how beautiful the estate is and the vineyards are well kept and breathtaking. As we entered the estate we were greeted my the host as my friends had reservations and since it was a hot day we did our tasting inside with a wonderful window view of the vineyards. We were each giving a glass of the Pinot Noir Rose which was absolutely refreshing and delicious this was actually my favorite wine. We had wine tasting of both Red and White wines. I am more of a Pinot Noir drinker than Chardonnay. Every tasting we had was really good, but no of them topped that fantastic Rose. Ursula, I believe was her name was our wine host is she was amazing and explained the different wines and the vineyards and where their grapes are grown. After out tasting we had a really nice picnic outside and enjoyed each others company. I would definitely come back without a doubt.

Devin, who helped us book, plan and host the event, went above and beyond for us in every way. He could not have made this event more stress-free for us, and he's also just an amazing guy who provided an awesome energy during our event (our guests loved talking to him and learning about the winery). Our ~70ish guests fit perfectly on the lawn and the team made the space feel intimate and beautifully arranged for our group. They let us not only arrive early to set up, but they graciously let us stay a little later when we lost track of time from having too much fun. As we're a sister member down in Los Olivos, they accommodate us with four tasting included. A nice way to bring friends and enjoy what the valley has to offer. The whites were great and perfect for a nice hot day. Also a great cold drink but red is what we all enjoyed. Just with the pour, you can taste the bold richness flavors of the grapes. Amazing. The property is beautiful with the beautiful olive trees line driveway approaching the front. The cute lake right out front and once you reach the top of the tasting room, the million dollar view of the valley. Tasting room itself is beautiful which a good amount of the tasting can be done on the covered patio with umbrellas. The bar counter is nice as well but private rooms can also be accommodated. The entire team was so helpful the night of - from helping with our AV/ mics for speeches, taking care of our ~100+ guests, etc. The backyard space is magical at night with the lighting, and was the perfect option for us. The cozy vibe at D'Argenzio Winery created the perfect setting, and the entire night was beyond what we imagined. They also had tables, chairs, etc -- everything we needed which made it super stress free. We also really loved their wines, and got compliments from our guests! It was helpful to have beer options too for non-wine lovers. For our rehearsal dinner, Cibo Rustico Pizzeria was awesome - absolutely get the meatballs!
