Great- I'm there at 8:00am, park, get out do towards the employee who asks what do you want?- answered an oil change, I called yesterday. Ok- pull your car around back. Did that (he could said it while I pulled up) . Told my husband to get in the building(not politely . The employee pulls my car in and now comes to the counter. Asks the year, etc then comes to the amount of $180. Hmm , no thanks I'll go else where. Then he shoves a paper with an explanation why they are twice as much.
