Never have I been treated so horrible in a shop that I am paying 120 per hour! I was sworn at and named called by their front desk person (Rob). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! EVER! And its to bad cause even tho the time on my repair was high the work was very well done. Rob threaten to hide my vehicle and charge me storage fees when I said that the time was to high. I even mentioned to him that I called three other shops and they all quoted way under their time. Never go to this place ever, you be better off going to a dealer, at least they rip you off with a smile. :)

Long version: Didn't intend to come to this GM dealer but ended up here because our GMC Canyon diesel truck had a mechanical issue due to the cold temps during our road trip from California to Alaska. While it's obviously very frustrating to have an issue with our truck on our road trip, Murray GM did what they could to get us back on the road in a timely and easy manner. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to offer advice on where to go around town, and they have a very convenient free shuttle service. They drove us to a nice local coffee shop for lunch and then let us load up all our stuff in their shuttle and brought us to our hotel. We stayed in the hotel across the street for the night and the next morning they had already looked at our truck after leaving it in the shop to get warm overnight. They used their scanner to run a service DPF regen which solved our problem and got us back on the road. The only bummer with this dealer was that they do not offer their own loaner cars. They simply work with the local Enterprise location, so we had to wait about 6 hours for an Enterprise car to become available.

Basically I went here twice in one week. The second time I showed up I put my credit card in the receipt machine and it spit out a receipt which showed my credit card as paying nearly $500. I of course immediately tracked down an employee, who passed me to another employee, who passed me back to the same employee, who begrudgingly directed me to the accountant. The accountant seemed reluctant to come out of the office so passed messages through another employee. I was assured that the accountant had not 'reset' the machines in the two days since I had first been there so that is why the price on my receipt was so high. I was told that my account would not be charged. For some reason the whole scenario seemed odd. I then went back to wash my truck. I had already picked up my number before the $500 receipt incident. I then keyed in my code and started to wash my vehicle. After paying I noticed that I paid almost three times what I had paid two days previous. I thought this odd as I spent less time washing my vehicle. I came to the conclusion that you start paying as soon as you get your receipt not when you key in your code. Therefore, if you are waiting in line and think it would be more efficient to grab a number before you pull into a slot, think again. Well unless you like paying extra.

Kal tire Fort St John. Was the most difficult tire buying experience in 30 years. Ordered $5000…read moreworth of tires and wheels and new wheel nuts, They said would be in and put together on Thursday, placed the order on the Saturday before, No stock on anything. Thursday Arrives, Wheels are in and they tell me tires didn't make it in wont be in until Tuesday. They magically showed up the next day. I pay over the phone with credit card no problems. Get the work order and they have the wrong truck info. So I phone and get that sorted make sure the wheels will still fit. Have a friend go and pick them up, Surprise no wheel nuts. So the front end staff finds some wheel nuts, phones me for credit card payment, All should be good. But no the wheel nuts were wrong. So the one front end worker just up and walks away. Next worker comes over, Finds the correct wheel nuts. But refuses to take credit card payment over the phone stating its against the law. Making my friend have to pay the difference for their mistake on the wheel nuts. Absolutely worst experience for tires. highly do not recommend. Will drive to Dawson creek or Grande Prairie next time. Or possibly never use Kal tire for tires again.

I would not have taken the time to post this review had they done the right thing and refunded me for a defective tune I would never buy from them again and I will post on YouTube showing the video invoices shipping back and forth to reach as many people I can this is my only recourse to prevent others from going through what I had to experience. Not only did they get our truck back on the road in an amazingly short amount of time they also charged us a very decent price for the work they did (other places in the states would have taken advantage of the situation and charged us more than necessary so we are very grateful for them being so kind). 10/10 would recommend anyone with diesel issues to go to this shop in Canada.
