On Friday, 10JUL2026, we had our appointment to deal with an issue of a vehicle we purchased (less…read morethan a week) that was sold with tires considered unsafe to drive and the 7 day warranty of going back and forth on the phone to get it approved. My wife and I were there for over 5 hours trying to get this approved which had involved with service advisor to speak with them. I would like to say to Benny Wong whom was very courteous upon arrival, to providing updates, and doing anything that was needed to speed up the process. Not only did he provide information needed to this warranty company but was an advocate as to the time to get it approved to providing photos as to why it was unsafe to drive. I got to say it was miserable, my husband came out of a procedure that morning off of anesthesia as we needed to get this fixed. I can not say enough to a tremendous thank you to both Benny but also the manager for taking the extra step and installing our new tires. It is hard to find a trustworthy dealer and even though we live 40min away, I am only going to this dealership for my new vehicle. sincerely thank you for caring Benny!-

I am owned my Volvo XC60 for over 4 years and have always gone to Johnson Volvo Service. I had a…read morebad experience before but I like to get my car serviced at one place but this is the last straw. Back on June 22, 2025 I had a message stating "auto start stop needs to be serviced" A test was completed and removed and replaced support battery. Fast forward to May 2026 and the on call service light comes on- I return to Johnson and told that support battery is bad and needs to be replaced- I bring it to technician attention that I had that battery replaced back in June - he states that's not the same battery- ok replace the battery. I hadn't heard anything so I call service advisor and asked will my car be ready by 5 pm - mind you I dropped it off at 7:30am. He stated "Yes" I get there to pick up my vehicle and pay the bill. I reviewed the receipt and to my surprise "same battery # and no charge for battery- Just labor . The life expectancy of this battery is 4-7 years and this battery 1 year 1 month. From the way I am looking at this - I was charged labor again for a bad battery and had to pay another disposal fee for a bad battery that was originally put in my car. Oh and take note labor cost went up by $9.00 (haha). I am not disgruntle- just tired of being mistreated by a dealership because I am a woman. Women learn about your vehicle and save all receipts because the advisors will upscale you and clearly replace the same items and act like they doing you a favor. I am highly disappointed and now have to find another dealership for my Volvo.

I was looking for a used car of a particular make and model and happened upon it on the FB…read moreMarketplace. Honestly, I didn't even know this dealership existed as I don't spend much time in Hillsborough. Considering I'd been looking for that car for sometime I headed over for a test drive. I was greeted by Bryan, who had the car parked out of the sun under the overhang so it wouldn't be blazing hot when I got into it. Nice touch! It looked to be in excellent shape inside and out. Well, we took it for a spin and from there all I'd need is a good once over by my mechanic to know if I wanted to go any further. He found a couple minor things and we came to an agreement on the price to cover them so I said yes. It's been a week and I'm thoroughly enjoying the car. Super fun to drive, comfy, and just about what I expected it would be. Had to come back a couple times for some stickers I wanted removed, but other than that I'm a happy customer! I'll definitely refer anyone looking for a car to Bryan.
