Terry told my daughter that they did not have any used tires and would install a "Brand new tire". I went to pick it up and it was a used tire at a new price. Terry told me that there was only 5 miles on the tire, but you could obviously see that it was well worn. He stated that he could change another $150 to put a new tire on. I did not want to be ripped off twice. When someone does not tell the truth I have a hard time doing business with them. The tire is either new or used. I would not recommend Ted's Conoco to have service done.

Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!! I'm pretty sure I used to pay $14 for the car wash i always bought. Now it's up to $17 including tax. The vacuums suck (literally) they have no suction and I had to use a vacuum in the next stall to clean my car. For a simple car wash, sure if you want to pay $17 or more you can use it. But I will not be returning to this location again. Also, 3 of their stalls were all out of order since they had no vacuums.
