I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. For your own sake and money just go anywhere else but here you've honestly got a better shot at fixing it yourself. The circled section in my image is the only thing I wanted.

" what are the damages" The shop worker said " "just take it, no charge" " It was a pin hole we just patched it for you." Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!! I went in today to have my AC looked at and a break check done. They have a June special of $9.99…read moreAC check and free break inspections. When I dropped off my vehicle I told Travis at the front desk that the AC wasn't working and I needed to have the breaks looked at as well. I asked if he would call me before doing any work because I know the AC isn't working but I don't know why. He said yes they'd give me a call. It was almost an hour later and I still hadn't received a call, so I called them back to see what they found was wrong. I was told they had recharged the AC, we're doing a break inspection, and my bill would be $336.00! I was very upset because that is not what we discussed when I dropped my vehicle off and the work was not authorized beforehand. My total bill was $367.16! I was told by Travis that's the only way they can check what's wrong with an AC is to recharge it. I asked what the AC service check for $9.99 includes then?! Travis said, that service includes turning your AC on and feeling if it blows cold air or not." I will never go back to this place and am appalled that they advertise a special AC check for only $9.99 that really ends up being a charge of $367.16 for an AC recharge!
