He kept saying, "I don't want to scare you", but by saying that to me over and over, that's exactly what he did. When my ortho tried to call him to discuss the situation, he would not return his calls. He seemed to be arrogant and kept telling me to be sedated for the procedure, which was going to cost me an extra $1000, like what??? Also, I was pleasantly surprised with a $150.00 consultation fee when I checked out. No one advised there would be a consult fee at any point in time, and I also had to wait over 2 months for the appointment. Who even charges for consultations these days??? This guy is a crook! Do your research and find better! Total waste of my time.

My insurance company suggested I ask them to submit corrected claims, so I've called Kinjal several times to straighten this out, but I can't get her on the phone. When I called for my appointment, I made it very clear that I was a new patient and I only wanted a…read morecleaning -- no xrays, etc. Explained that not only could I not afford it, but I had been through so many the last year that I didn't want my body subjected to any more. I was assured they would accommodate my request. I arrived at the appointed time. There was no one in reception. There were no cars in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. I could hear voices and laughter in the back. After 10 minutes I tried calling out, but no one answered. After 15 minutes I tried calling them on the phone to tell them I was out front, but just got the answering machine. Finally, at 20 minutes someone came out without any apologies. I then had to fill out the usual forms. When I mentioned that it would have been faster and easier to have done this online beforehand, she said that they weren't up-to-date. Mind you, this is a practice that just opened in January. After filling out the forms, I had to wait another 15 minutes for the hygienist. No apologies for the wait. Then, I'm informed they cannot give me a cleaning without a full set of xrays and a doctor exam. Needless to say, after an hour of this, I walked out and will not be back. Through all of this, everyone I encountered was cold, unhelpful and really didn't seem to care.
