Win,e generally the staff are friendly, I wouldn't recommend this place because there is continual turnover of vets, and hidden fees. I am switching vets to ensure quality,it's care of our two dogs and to save our pocket book from being pilfered.

I wouldn't expect much help in them liking out on how you can save on autopac or even get better coverage by going for private auto insurance. You will have to do your own research and then ask them as I don't think they really know how or what insurance options will save you money (probably because they get commission and aren't their to save you). I had one agent overcharge for an MPI license plate and had to ask about it when I went to pick up the plate as the agent had no desire to point it out. When getting autopac in June for a new vehicle I went online to MPI rate calculator so I would know what to expect, when budgeting my monthly expenses, an agent wanted over charge. When I pointed out what it should be they corrected it. Like I say don't expect them to be there for you. They are just there to sell policies and if you don't know what you should be paying or options you have to get something to work for you then they will sell you the most expensive insurance packages to make higher commissions.

I think it's a fair practice considering there is a shortage of quality vets and they want to ensure their valuable time isn't waisted by no shows

Numerous times I have attempted to have something processed by them only to find out that they have not given me all the information I required to complete my task. I have been met with a snarky attitude upon questioning why all details were not given to me during my first visit. They could also be more helpful and knowledgeable for general MPI questions. Under pressure they did answer questions after they directed me to MPI line once. However in another instance I waited 30 mins for MPI to tell me they requested a written letter for what I was requesting. I am sure had Hilton wanted to be more customer oriented they could have listened to what I was telling them and given me that information. Customer service is not a high priority for this Hilton branch!

Within 2 days the goldfish ate the zebra fish despite being fed 3 times a day. I called the store to ask to return the Oranda or get a refund/ store credit for the zebra fish they recommended but they wouldn't offer me anything to try to make up for the fact they sold me fish that should not be paired together after i had already bought 200 dollars worth of fish equipment not including the 70 dollar oranda XL and the multiple zebra fish $4 each. They were very rude and i would not recommend them.
