PetsGo are incredible. I've been using them for a year now, and I can't imagine ever switching. No matter where I am, I receive daily updates by email or through the app on how my cat Hassle is doing, how much she's eaten, etc. I even receive a picture of the little jerk, provided she's not hiding under the couch. I can even see exactly when they came by to visit, and I can now even schedule a specific time I'd like them to come by. I can book times, pay invoices, receive updates, and send and receive messages through their app, which makes this the simplest and most efficient petsitting company I've ever worked with. Sarah and Jake's friendliness and professionalism is the real draw though. I know my cat is in good hands with them, and they take the stress out of the process, leaving me free to enjoy my travel. read more

We are so happy to have found PetsGo from their business cards seen around our neighbourhood! After reading the website and seeing that they were insured, bonded, and pet first aid certified, we knew that we found the right provider. Over the last year, Sarah has become an indispensable petsitter for our 2 cats. She's extremely reliable, organized, and professional - a total pleasure to work with. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to our cats, so I can't believe that we've found someone as detail oriented and caring as Sarah to look after them when we're not around! Getting set up with PetsGo was pretty painless. We had an initial meet and greet at our house to introduce the cats, go over the forms, and provide a copy of our keys. The intake paperwork was extensive which really helped put my mind at ease that PetsGo would have all the right info and preferences of our cats. My favourite part about the service is that Sarah takes the time to send daily updates and photos (great for my peace of mind). She even noticed that our cats had shaved patches of fur (from a recent vet visit we forgot to inform her about) and kept an eye on them in case they became an issue. This is definitely high-quality service for a reasonable price! Most recently, after returning from our 2-week vacation, our cats were calmly snoozing like we never even left. They were definitely well-fed and well-exercised during our absence! The house was also spotless... possibly cleaner than we left it (Sarah took out the recycling and cat poo garbage, de-fuzzed our furniture, and somehow there were no hairball tumbleweeds everywhere. For my first review of 2017, I want to start off with a 5 star provider that helped make my Christmas holidays stress free. As the holidays approached, it became apparent that I was going to be travelling out of the province for an extended time and my normal cat sitting friends weren't going to be available. I looked online and narrowed down my potential cat sitting services to 3 companies. Despite there being a lower Yelp review count than I typically lean too, I'm so happy I settled on PetsGo. Let me tell you why... 1) Professionalism From the first visit to the Petsgo website, including being one of the few cat sitters with a mobile friendly website, integrated logos and youtube content, I could see that this company was investing into being a credible and professional business. Throw in quick response time to inquiries, a client portal for booking appointments and inputting pet info, and clear indications of insurance and animal association involvement, I had a good feeling right out of the gates. Payment is also easily workable through email money transfer or credit card online. 2) Trust From the first time meeting Sarah and her husband Jake during the introductory meeting where they met my cat and we signed some forms, I had good vibes from them. You could see right from the first visit that they are animal people. My cat instantly took to them, which naturally gave me good peace of mind when I was officially giving them access to my house with all my possessions and my favourite non-human creature. 3) Communication Despite having a few weeks between when I needed to have them start cat sitting, any inquiries or discussion points we had between those times were easily communicated during that time. More importantly, during every day I was gone they send daily update emails that included a summary of the days play time and pictures. Seeing pictures of your animal being happy while you're gone certainly gives a feeling of freedom to go about my travels without concerns. I could go on, but the bottom line is that my vacation was awesome and this was way better than the times I've simply left my friends to cat sit, hoping during that time that everything is going according to plan. While I can't personally speak to their other services, I will encourage any west enders in need of various cat sitting/dog walking/puppy visits to give PetsGo a try, as it was nothing but good things to say from my own experience. read more

Wow, what a great experience. We've hired a few people in the past to look after our 3 cats. While they weren't terrible, we still worried sometimes our cats weren't being checked in on in a timely manner. Communication was poor and having that worry can really impact your time away. But PetsGo was amazing! Consistent visit times, super thorough going over instructions, the app and messaging service were very comforting. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely the best. Every day, I get a full report, complete with photos of my dog's walk - the route, her bathroom activities (as all dog owner's know, this is important!) and treats given. Her dog walker wipes her paws after bringing her back, fills up her water bowl and washes her food bowl. This is how a business should be run! read more

Sarah and her team are super professional and very caring. Every walk is documented through a gps map(!) and a photo of my dog is sent to me after each walk. Any possibly unusual situation is noted and communicated through the app, along with a summary of items, including the mood of the animal, bowel movements, if they had treats, etc. These things may seem trivial, but in fact they show how much attention is being paid to my pet. I also appreciate being able to pay online weekly, which is convenient. I recommend the service and feel the genuine care taken with my animal. read more
