The receptionist said "did you not know that you had to brush your dog?" (very unprofessional). This particular groomer was very negative as well as the receptionist. almost 175 dollars later. It is very unfortunate that this is how the customer service is, because the groom was nice and we have used their service for many years I have heard this from others as well.

Her ease with my cat was truly awesome in my eyes. The fact that it was only $10.00 for both services was also super reasonable in my eyes.
