They're okay but we got a completely blurry picture with Santa which sucks and when we were outside getting our puppy to pee before heading in my girlfriend completely sliced the back of her neck on an insanely sharp cut off tree branch. I managed to file it down with my keys so no one else got hurt but whoever cut it should pay more attention(before someone files a lawsuit). I should have taken pictures with my phone instead. My puppy was sitting still for a long enough period of time but "Santa" was getting all the pictures for her phone instead. Pretty bummed about it tbh, this is the better petsmart in the area. read more

We have a Great Pyrenees that we have absolutely no way of grooming at home. We were able to book an appointment online and Theresa took the time today to be attentive and adjust to Mouch's needs, while giving him the BEST groom he's gotten done here. He looks incredible. I set up an appointment on the app and it was super easy which I liked. Prices are a little expensive but I was happy to pay it if it meant my dog was getting treated nicely and have a nice haircut. For some reason it took 3 hours which I thought was crazy seeing I have a small 13lb yorkie. When my fiancé went in to get our dog, he was shaking like he was scared and acting unlike himself. He's 12, so he's had plenty of haircuts at pet shops and has NEVER acted like that. I accidentally had scheduled it at PetSmart instead of our normal place which is petco. When we got home he was so thirsty he drank half a bowl of water, so I'm hoping they didn't deprive him of water for that 3 hours but he normally doesn't drink that much at once. We also paid extra for teeth brushing and nails to be cut and neither of those things look like they got done. In the photos shown, our dog has 2 bald spots from his haircut. We will NOT be coming back here and we will telling all of our friends and family NOT to go here. read more

This review is about the training here only. About a month ago I paid $130 for 6 weeks of training for my puppy due to her really really needing some training. I am now on my third time with no phone calls about cancellations. She's had three classes canceled and I've gotten nothing telling me this. I've shown up every-time looking dumb when there is no class. One class today was scheduled for 8 PM..on a holiday so I already found that weird but I went and the store was closed two hours before I got there. Again, got no phone call telling me training was not going to happen tonight. I'm very pissed off and feel like I've wasted my money and missed multiple chances of her getting training. She only gets 6 weeks and three classes have been canceled. Usually, only one class a week is scheduled so these weeks are going by with NOTHING happening. Beyond angry. I have been teaching her more at home than at her actual training. If it's going to continue like this I am going to ask for my money back. I would say as of right now, do not get training here for your dog. read more

We drive all the way from Cortland to take dog training classes with Heather. At first, it was because it was convenient, now, we'd drive anywhere to have her as our trainer. She's young, but don't let that fool you. She knows dogs. And cares about them and their owners. I've told everyone with a dog to consider taking classes with Heather. She's that good! read more

I brought a new puppy to PetSmart in Liverpool and Tania C. did an amazing job on my Bishon/Shih-tzu mix. I was afraid he wouldn't take well to all the noise and first time hair cut, but Tania was gentle with him and she said he was good during the whole thing. I got a full groom cut and he looks great. Store staff are friendly and manager is very helpful. Be careful of grooming. Grooming is ok. The first time we brought our dog there he was perfect but second time not so much. Wanted to stay and wait to watch our dog get groomed for the second time there. Was not very happy with how they treated our dog. Our dog is blind and we warned them that he gets riled up when touching certain areas. I guess that groomer was not told because we saw him getting riled up toward the end and saw the groomer getting angry at our dog. According to the paper they gave us they did not finish everything we wanted and still had to pay $70. I saw my dog get treated not very nicely and it was sickening to watch. When they finally gave up and gave me back my dog I just wanted to leave and take my dog away from them. Be careful when taking your dog here for grooming because depending on who gets to groom your dog they can do great or not. read more
