Honour free replacements. Haley was extremely helpful in honoring my replaced tuff dog bed that my Corgi managed to destroy.

We took our dog who had been groomed by the same groomer previously. She just hacked his hair off no uniformity just hacked very unevenly. He looks terrible and feels even worse. This is such an unpleasant experience..... we paid for a full groom and they did not even bath him. When we dropped our dog off we were told they would be closing early so after three hours we checked to see if he was done...the groomer was working on another pet and said it would be another hour. Our poor dog was left in the back for who knows how long...it certainly did not take four hours to hack his hair off. read more

The store itself is fine but the review is more related to its lack of COVID guideline/requirements being met. There's no one counting how many people are in the store (it was very busy when I was there), the queue for checkout went all the way to the back of the store and blocked aisles. I checked the BCCDC site and it specifically says queues should be away from the aisles. They also didn't clean the checkout area between shoppers. I didn't feel safe with the lack of rules being followed. Won't be back during the pandemic unless they sort this out. read more

Sad to see sales come before anything . ..Thursday night the fish should not be forsale. They are newly shipped and should be allowed to clinatize before being sold. It's sad to come in Friday morning to see a lot of fish laying on their sides. Please let the poor fish clinatize before selling them. People can wait. It's very sad. read more

There were large numbers of dead and dying goldfish in two tanks or more. Overfilled with fish. Totally indifferent staff. This is the second time I witnessed this in a month or less. Cruel and stupid. I walked out without my new fishes as water mixes in some or all tanks I think. They say they test for ammonia hourly or more. What then do they do when it spikes I ask? This is such a bad example to the young customers of the future. How not to look after wildlife. I was speechless, as my last two visits were #1. We took our dog in for her usual nail cutting today. We had a new trainee and someone watching over her. It was a horrible experience. The trainee starting dragging her in and when we saw our dog struggling a lot we went in to calm things down. We were told we were causing the problem and it started when we entered. This was not the case and our dog as well as us were treated poorly. Not sure we will be back. read more

Love going to Petsmart. They have very friendly staff. They even remembered my dog from the last time I was in.

This store has friendly staff (very few on the floor though), but their carpet when you enter hasn't been vacuumed in weeks, and their toilets were disgusting and not cleaned for a long time. They have a display rack at the window when you walk in to make you think they are sale items but expensive and very little choice ever for larger dog sweaters! Quite expensive compared to Bosley's so will continue shopping elsewhere. read more

I was disappointed the second time I took my dog there. They charged the high end when I did not authorize anything beyond the basics. They very kindly refunded the extra charge. The next day we were at the dog park and another dog owner mentioned that my dog needed grooming. I told her he just was groomed. She kept looking at my dog shaking her head. I was not happy with grooming. I could not tell the difference. read more

Awful experience and terrible customer service. DO NOT order anything online to be picked up in this store. If you elect to not pick up the item they go ahead and charge your card illegally! The "Manager" will not refund your card! When I called "customer service" I had a 12 year old put me on hold for 5 minutes while he tried to figure it out! Hopefully I'll get a refund on my card. This is theft and then you get all this attitude from the employees. Hopefully they'll go bankrupt soon. read more

I watch and complained about a (they said their best groomer) groomer who was treating a very stressed little dog VERY BADLY. This groomer noticed me watching so then the dog was taken in the back (not to be seen) I immediately walk in the groomers could hear this poor dog in the back with this man groomer. I asked for the manager to come and he was no help to me or this poor dog. The manager of the store told me that he was there best groomer. I waited around for about an hour hoping to talk to the people who owned him. I was very upset to see and hear what was going on and I hope people take the time to read this cause this place is terrible. read more

We have a Roti. The ladies that groom just love him. I would take him no where else to be groomed. He has his nails done, his ears cleaned, his teeth cleaned, and a complete bath. They do a GREAT job. Especially Stephanie who just loves Bubba. read more
