We took our dog who had been groomed by the same groomer previously. She just hacked his hair off…read moreno uniformity just hacked very unevenly. He looks terrible and feels even worse. This is such an unpleasant experience..... we paid for a full groom and they did not even bath him. When we dropped our dog off we were told they would be closing early so after three hours we checked to see if he was done...the groomer was working on another pet and said it would be another hour. Our poor dog was left in the back for who knows how long...it certainly did not take four hours to hack his hair off.
