Have been using this grooming salon for 16 years for either 2 dogs for 10 years and now 1 dog for the last 4 years. Was always pretty happy with them until the previous manager, Katie, left. Now, although I have tried several of the groomers, cannot get my shih tzu groomed to my liking. I want him short all over including the face, but not his tail. He will be 17 years old in 3 weeks and is very laid back. The problem is that he has warts on his body that require care to avoid them when shaving him! Apparently there is no one there who can manage to do the job as they have decided he can no longer go there to be groomed! I am a recently widowed senior and now I have to put him through the stress of finding a new groomer who is not afraid to spend a little more time on his haircut! Would not recommend using this salon as I question whether they really care about the animals or how many they can do in a few hours! read more

This Training made a huge difference to the life of my pet Jedi and myself . We are delighted with the Beginners class and intend to go on . We were fortunate to work with Mary Lowe an excellent Dog trainer knowledgeable and experienced. This was the best money spent and is comparatively an amazing situation for training ! so so pleased with the progress made ... each week I could see a difference ! I will never shop here again. I take pride in making sure that my fish tanks are in great condition and my fish are healthy and happy. On multiple occasions now (Giving them the benefit of the doubt) I have bought guppies from this location and they have suddenly died. On one occasion my whole tank caught fin rot and a few of my fish passed. It was a bitch to get rid of and I did not get a refund for the damages. When I spoke to someone about it they had knowledge of the guppies being sick. Yet they didn't say anything until I mentioned what happened? hmm sounds fishy to me. After sending a complaint I ended up getting two free fish out of the whole ordeal, which was pretty nice to me. The manager was really nice and understanding about everything and I went home without a problem. UNTIL those fish died not even a couple of days later. I just gave up at that point. I currently am buying fish from a different store near my hometown and my fish are thriving. I really do not suggest buying fish here. read more

I used to groom many years ago and had my own salon but decided to take my rotti pup here for a bath in order to expose her to more experiences and people. I have to say that Madeline did an AMAZING job with her. There is no much you can do to groom a rotti but she is in the process of shedding her puppy coat so looked a bit mangy and her coat was uneven because of this. Madeline trimmed her all up making her look beautiful! GREAT JOB!!! read more

Disappointed every time I try to shop here because I usually encounter grumpy employees who are rushed and don't take the time to listen to your needs as a pet owner. Recently purchased "Sergents Pretect squeeze on for cats" as I was looking for a Flea and tick treatment for my 3 month old kitten. I was leaning towards buying another brand when an employee walked by, so I asked her what she thought and she pointed out that you get longer protection with Sergents Pretect for the same price. The employee quickly ran off saying that she had someone else waiting on her and that she would explain more when she returned. We looked over the instructions for Sergents which indicated that it could be used on both adult cats and kittens so we figured it would be ok. When we applied it to the back of the kittens neck as indicated my kitten started sneezing and drooling. I wiped it off of her and lucky she seemed fine by the next day. I then researched this product and was horrified to find that many other people have experienced horrible side effects with use of this product and some even claim that it has killed their cat. Why is Petsmart selling a product with such a low quality that it can make your pet sick? They should really do their homework on the products they sell and teach their employees more about them. They should also hire more people at this particular store so they can provide better customer service. read more
