I went to find new collars for our dogs. It seemed like there was very few items on the shelves and the selection was very pitiful. I was not able to find colors for my dogs as they're small and I wasn't about to put them in cat collars. I checked the food and the prices seem to be a lot higher when I can order off of Amazon. I did take one of my dogs to be grounded and she ended up with some nicks and cuts and seemed to be very afraid afterwards so I never took her back for grooming. They have a few parakeets and snakes and other small creatures but everything seem to be so overpriced. I didn't think that they were very competitive with Walmart or some of the other pet care stores. And as I said, I can order the same product off of Amazon for a less expensive price and have it delivered to me free of charge. I would say PetSmart is OK if you really need something in a pinch, if they have it in stock. I was not impressed, but the cashier was nice and kept pushing for me to try to get a credit card and I kept saying no, but she tried over and over until I finally paid and left. read more

Brought my chihuahua here for grooming as she was definitely past due. Went online and made an appointment this morning for this afternoon. Only requirement was that she be up to date on her rabies shot and currently be treated for fleas and ticks. Upon entering the grooming area we were greeted by the staff. They were extremely polite. Talked with Mariana, who was going to be taking care of her. She was extremely knowledgeable in all of the services that they offered and the different things we needed. My Peanut was shaking like a leaf when I dropped her off but this young lady was very calming with her and Peanut was great. The grooming is a little pricier than some of the small grooming places but they still do an excellent job. read more

There are no reviews from people that have gone there for fish or supplies, so I will be the first. This is the worst store in the area for anyone looking for fish or supplies! Every fish I have ever bought there died, and when you go back to return the fish they tell you it was your fault and make you feel like you just killed their mother. Their filtration system is linked though all of the tanks, so if one fish gets sick in one tank every fish in the store gets sick. Twice I bought fish there that did not even make it home, and I only live 10 minutes down the road. When I brought them back to return them I was given a hard time and was asked if I went strait home, and if I floated the fish. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! This PetSmart location is decent. I don't have a whole lot to say about it, because I always know exactly what I'm going in for and I know exactly where it is. Lol. I will say this: they're always clean, and about 9/10 times they're fully stocked. I went in a couple of times for small crickets and they've been out, but it was rare. I went for 4 straight years every other week. The staff is sparse and not always around to help when you need them and that's the reason for the 4 stars. The cashier is always there, but floor staff isn't. There is one guy who has been there for several years, and once he gets talking, you can't get away...lol but he's informative and knowledgeable. read more

Who needs a zoo when you can go to Pet Smart and look at all of the dogs go in and out. You can play with the cats for adoption too in an enclosed area as well as watch live grooming taking place. They have many varieties of pet food, treats and toys. They have behavior classes for dogs and will offer to take out heavy items if you need. They have accident bags in the parking lot and in the store just in case your pup gets a little too excited. They also have fish, birds, rats, dragons and more. This is my favorite pet supply store by far. Don't forget to become a rewards member for great savings! Adoption opportunities occur in the weekend for dogs and cats if you are in the market. read more

A good place to get your dog groomed. Mid-priced and features specials and coupons from time to time. Teeth brushing and Dremel for nails is extra. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that there is no place to take the dogs out to go to the bathroom and sometimes she does come back thirsty. Ask for Amy. read more

We take our dog to Jennifer for grooming at PetSmart. Our dog loves her and we've never had a bad experience.

I had printed off a mfg $5 coupon from the Internet. When I handed it to the cashier, she demanded very nastily, "where did you get this"? When I told her, she then told me that I could only redeem with a PetSmart rewards card for which I did not have as this was the first time I had shopped at one of their stores. She said very condescending that she would make an exception this ONE time and next time to have a rewards card. Well, there will not be a next time. I will not go back to this PetSmart or any other. Don't treat me like a criminal. First impression of this store was the worst one possible. I will order my dog food online. It's a lot cheaper! read more
