The employees are amazing, knowledgeable, helpful... with rare exceptions. I will share that I disagree with some of the policies concerning grooming, appointments, and seemingly various prices of those services, including how and when they will increase the price for just wanting to sit on the bench with your nervous pup to wait for her turn to be groomed. Crystal was the silver lining to the whole experience. She was very attentive to my pup, and my little pup was put at ease in Crystal's capable hands. As long as Crystal is there, we'll be back! Lady bug just adored the attention she received and was so proud she literally was prancing to the car as we left. Thank you Crystal, for making this experience positive. Without your help, I would have left without getting the groom done, due to the determination to get nearly $125 from me to groom my 15lb mini poodle. read more

Took Theo for nails and paid for something I did not get. He only got a trip. Last time I went to a different Petsmart for a haircut and his sides of his face were uneven, he had a big ball like a poodle on his tail and he is a Cairn Terrier. I won't go back top either location. You don't get what you pay for. I learned my lesson. read more

Will not shop here again. They had a cat tree for a good discount around a 100$ off I sent a picture to my mom and she told me to get it. When I got to the checkout it rang up full price after the cashier called over a supervisor and I showed them the image I had sent my mom of it on the shelf that displayed the price she said she could not honor it because it was put in the wrong spot. Any retail job I have worked in the past I've always honored it for the customer it is not my fault you guys can't fix your shelves. She was pretty rude and said I can't drop a $160 item to $60 and said she would even put it back on the shelf for me. Very dissatisfied. Never had this problem from PetSmart. read more

I have two dogs and my daughter has one that we bring to PetSmart for grooming. One just gets a bath and brush every so often and is pretty easy to deal with. One is a morkie that requires regular cuts. It took us a bit to find someone who would do it just the way we wanted but we found Alicia who is amazing and loves my dog like her own. My daughters dog is just 2 and has developed some anxiety about going places, especially the groomer. She just needs a bath and nails trimmed, but wouldn't let anyone touch her but us. Melody and Alicia both were so patient with her and didn't get frustrated when we had to rebook to give her another chance. They even gave us ideas for things we could do to help her calm down. It worked! We finally got her in with Alicia last week and we are so happy! We definitely found our favorite!! read more

Everyone was very nice. I hadn't been in this location before. I went and got a couple of packages of catnip that had apparently been put on the wrong display peg. The price was a lot more than I thought it would be. I went back to double-check and a young lady asked me if there was a problem with the price. She came over and looked and saw what happened. Apparently they had put the product in the wrong place. She refunded my purchase and charged me the amount that I expected to have been charged. She was very nice about the whole thing and I didn't have to run anyone down to get helped. read more

We have been taking our Shitzu to Pet Smart for years for grooming every 6 to 8 weeks and have always had a decent groom done on our dog. The last couple of visits have been horrible. Last time they hardly groomed him and his tail and ears were still really long. So, I took him this morning and asked that they make sure the hair around his ears and his tail are trimmed up pretty short. However, the hair around his face and mouth weren't even touched. Of course the groomer said "if you don't like it, just bring him back" my husband and I work full time and can't just "take him back" I will not take my my dog there and have to find a new groomer. Interesting that the prices go up every time I take my dog $2-$3 but the level of service continues to decline. No wonder they always have a help wanted posting for dog groomers. read more

This establishment was recommended to me for pet grooming. Made an appointment online 8 weeks out. The day before they cancelled the appointment and notified us via text and email. When called we learned the day's appointments were now filled by call ins, they could get to us in 2 weeks. Blamed the cancellation on the 'home office'. The home office didn't have any knowledge. Incompetency for sure. From reading other reviews probably saved us a disappointing grooming. read more

I booked an appointment with Melody. On the phone she told me I could come early. But when I showed up, she was on lunch past our appointment starting time. She called me and said she had to cancel 10 minutes after I left. Said my dog was trying to bite and scared in the kennel. When I went to pick him up, Melody was gone. Other staff took me back to the kennel and my dog was not barking or cowering as I approached. He got out of the cage and greeted the worker. Never going there again. read more

I can't express how much I appreciate the amazing groomers at this location! They were very accommodating to my requests but also offered their expert advice when it came to what they thought my three crazy dogs needed. When I called to check on their status, they said they were spending a little extra time on my 13 year old Westie, because they wanted to make sure she wasn't stressed. I picked up three very beautiful, very happy dogs, and I can only attribute that to the awesome staff and groomers at this location. Thank you! read more

Do not take your dog to get groomed here. It seems that they didn't even bathe my dog & did not clean his anal glands. He was still shedding a lot the same day. I also paid $12 for nail grinding, & they were barely trimmed. I now have to go take my dog somewhere else & pay for this all over again. read more

Would give it less than 1 star but you have to give a star rating on here. Well, I booked my dogs grooming appointment online, picked a package that I thought he needed and it shows everything that is included in that package. Price for the grooming online shows 50.00. Dropped my dog off they said it would be about 3-4 hours and they will call when he's ready to be picked up. Well that was 12:30 in the afternoon.. waited all day, no call. So finally I called them at 7:00pm and asked if my dog was ready to be picked up. Lady on the phone said "oh nobody called you to let you know your dog was ready? We must have forgot" WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So we made our way into town to pick our dog up. Total is 72.00 when what we booked for was 50 they charged us 22.00 EXTRA dollars because they cut his nails too! 22.00 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR A NAIL TRIM?! Ridiculous!!! Well my dog looks good for the most part except when I got him home he wanted a belly rub. He rolled over and his belly and chest is half shaved! Spots where none is shaved at all. LOOKS TERRIBLE!!!! The people I dealt with that day were awful and rude! NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN TO THE GROOMER THERE! read more

Best pet store in town, hands down! The associates are very welcoming and attentive. They really take the time to make sure customers are educated on their purchases and that makes a huge difference from other competitors. The animal habitats are always really clean and well taken care of. I've been bringing my golden retriever to their grooming salon since I first adopted her. They all make it a special experience and make her feel loved every time she's there!! They have cute little seasonal bandanas and she ALWAYS smells great!! This store seems to be cleaner over all and less hectic than the other location in town, and is closer to where I live! If you were let down by the other locations, definitely give this one a try! read more
