My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. I'm new in town and this was my first time using a facility - very disappointed.

Walked our dog around the block, back in her car and on her way in 10 minutes - 26$ per visit for months before I noticed. Constant cancellations/excuses, always came in during 2 hour block specifically asked not to come to not wake up baby, poor communication. After being fired - took a week to return keys and would not refund money for prepaid cat care weeks in advance or work days missed. Still waiting for payment after small claims court. Complains about lack of clients and people being tight with their wallets. Absolute liar and thief.
