The only reason they get a star is because I have to leave one…read more I asked for a full grooming of my dog, to include bathing, etc. I was also VERY specific on how to groom her, which, honestly, is 3 things; do not cut her ears, tail and leave her mustache. I pick her up and the first thing I saw was her butchered tail and no mustache. I asked him and he told me all I said was ears. That's impossible, this is how I've always had her groomed, I say it EVERYTIME. I even repeated it multiple times, but he never acknowledged what I said, just went on about his business. I get frustrated and tell him that that's not true, I paid him, I even tipped him (even though I shouldn't have!!), and I left. I get her in the car and noticed there is still dirt on her face and stuff stuck in the hair around her eyes. NEVER AGAIN. Ever.

He sat on the floor getting to know my dog for a long while before I left her there. He has such an awesome demeanor! I felt very confident leaving my baby. What good is filling out the lengthy forms & sending Rx's in the original Rx bottle (that has instructions on it) if they dont follow instructions?! They accidentally sent Their pill pack home with my dogs things. They hand wrote the WRONG dosage on it & didnt have the correct pills in it for that night or the next day. They blocked me on FB, not a good sign of them taking responsibility at the end of the day. I'm pretty sure B&B is ghosting me. I'm so glad we left Vale Park Animal Hospital. Our 13 year old dog recovered well from the 9 extractions, her pain was managed, and we saved $1,500. Our dog has since turned 14 and is very healthy! Doggy dental doesn't need to cost more than your mortgage payment! It seems that Vale Park doubled or tripled their fees after they built a new facility. We took our dogs there for 21 years. They were always higher prices than most vets. All of the original vets retired. It used to feel like family. I didn't feel connected to the newer vets. They used to recommend my dog's teeth be cleaned every 2 yrs but then for 4 years they said they didn't need cleaning and then suddenly said it was needed and would be $2,400.
